Today was the Crown & Marriage Ceremony.

Alina woke up when she heard knocks on her door.

She got down from her bed and opened her door. She saw her best friend Crystal was waving at her.

“Dumbo, open your eyes clearly. Today is your wedding. Why are you still sleepy???”

Alina shook her head and went to sit on the bed.

“I am sleepy.” She pouted.

“Stop acting, my drama Queen. I know how much excited you are!” Crystal and winked at her.

Alina was stunned by Crystal’s behavior. She did not believe that her best friend was cheering her like she always did before. In these few weeks, Crystal was not talking with her much because of this matter. But now everything was going fine.

Alina stood up and hugged Crystal. “Love you bestie.”

Crystal patted her shoulder and said, “Love you too. Now go to the bathroom and take a shower fast. You need to have your breakfast and change your clothes. Come on hurry up.”

Alina nodded and went to the bathroom.

After taking shower she wore a bathrobe and came out of the bathroom. She saw Crystal was not there.

‘Where is she?’ Alina thought.

Alina went to her cupboard and wanted to put out a cloth for her but someone knocked the door.

Alina was in a bathrobe so she did not want to open the door.

“Who?” She asked.

“Miss Brown, I came with your breakfast.” A maid replied.

Alina sighed that it was a maid.

Alina opened the door and saw that a maid was standing with a plate which was covered.

Alina took the plate and saw Crystal coming to her room.

The maid left after giving her food.

Alina looked at Crystal. “Where have you gone? I was searching for you. I need you, don’t go.”

Crystal smiled. “I am not going anywhere.”

Then they entered and closed the door.

Alina told Crystal to have breakfast with her. But Crystal shook her head.

“I have already done it. Everyone is busy today so they had their breakfast where they are.”

“Oh.”

“Alina, I think you should wear your dress first to check if it fits your body or not.”

Alina put the plate on a tea table and looked at her.

“But Crystal, didn’t you tell me in the designer’s shop that it was the perfect body size for me?”

“Yes, I did. But it’s a wedding and so many people will come today so I don’t want you to be embarrassed yourself. So first try it.”

Alina nodded and stood up. She went to her cupboard where the one long side needed only for the wedding dress.

Alina put out her wedding dress slowly and looked at it.

“Come on, wear this.” Crystal said.

Alina wore the bridal gown and Crystal helped her.

Alina looked at the mirror and frowned. It was not a totally fitting dress. The dress was not attached to her body.

A wedding dress should be well fitted. Otherwise, it would not look good at the bride.

“Oh sh!t! It is loose a few inches.” Crystal said.

Alina looked at her gown. “Now what should I do?” She asked.

“Aunt Daisy was right. You do not eat well. Look at you, you are so thin now.”

“I don’t know if it is okay. I mean I can manage in this dress. It is not looking that bad.” Alina said.

“What are you saying? You will be the Queen today. The Queen has to dress properly. You can not wear it like this. You have to wear a fitted dress.”

Alina sighed. “Now what?”

“Go and change. Let me think if I can do anything or not.” Crystal said.

Alina changed the dress and wore a simple dress.

“No, have your breakfast. I am going to the designer to tell her to fit it for you.”

Alina nodded. “I am coming with you. Maybe she will need my body measurements to fit it.”

Crystal stopped her. “No need. I know your body measurements, otherwise how did I gifted you a dress on your birthday? You have to be here. Who knows the king would call you anytime.”

Alina smiled at Crystal. “You are a real friend Crystal. You are doing so much for me.”

“Okay okay. Don’t make me emotional now. I am going now. I will come back in an hour.”

Then she left with the bridal gown.

Alina took the plate of food and went to the bed and sat down. She began to eat and took her phone.

She did not want to go out before the wedding. So she called her parents.

“Father?”

“Yes, my daughter. Do you need anything.”

“No where are you and mother? Are you both okay?”

Alina was feeling worried for them. Last night Atlas insulted them so she wanted to know if they were okay or not.

“We are totally fine. What are you doing now, Alina?”

“I am having my breakfast. Did you both have your breakfast?”

“Yes we did.”

“Okay then see you later. If it’s possible then don’t go out of your room until the ceremony. You know how aggressive Uncle Atlas is. I don’t want him to create more problems.”

“Yeah we get it.” Her father replied.

Alina hung up the phone.

After eating she went to the dressing table and wiped her hair. Then she dried it.

Suddenly she felt dizzy. She stood up and went to bed.

She laid down and felt she was not well.

In a few minutes she fell asleep.

“Miss Brown. Open the door.”

“Miss Brown, Please open the door.”

Alina heard loud knocks. She immediately jolted up and sat up.

The maids were shouting her name and knocking on her doors loudly.

“Miss Brown”

“Yes?” Alina replied.

“Miss Brows the king and Queen Mother are calling you outside. Please come out soon.” One of the maids shouted.

Alina turned her head to the window and saw it was dark outside.

Her eyes widened. She immediately got down from the bed and looked outside of the window. It was really dark.

She looked at the clock and saw it was evening time.

“Miss Brown?” The maids shouted again.

“Yes, Yes. I am coming.” Alina shouted.

Alina looked at the door and saw it was locked from inside.

‘Did Crystal lock the door when she went?’ Alina thought.

But her eyes fell on the dress on the couch.

It was her wedding gown.

Alina felt relaxed when she saw her dress was in her room. ‘Today you saved me Crystal.’

Alina thought everyone was calling her beautiful. It was her wedding time.

She went to the bathroom and washed her face. She slept the whole day. That shocked her.

‘I slept well last night. Then how did I sleep the whole day?’

She was thinking how she was feeling dizzy suddenly and how she felt asleep.

But she could not find her answer. Only one thing was coming to her mind that was maybe she was tired.

She came out of the bathroom and wiped her face.

Alina did not think much and wore her dress. She could not see her dress whether it was fitted now. At that time another loud knock was coming from her door.

“Miss Brown, Open your door Now.” A male voice came from the outside of the door.

Alina frowned and instantly opened the door.

She saw that some guards were outside.

“Let’s go with us Now.” They said.

Alina was confused with their behavior. ‘Is Mate okay?’ She thought about her mate and ran to the living room.

But her footsteps stopped when she saw the atmosphere of the living room.

She was shocked and looked in horror.

She could not believe what she was watching. Her hands were shaking and legs were trembling. She could not believe her eyes.

She stepped aback.

“She is here.” A guard said.

Daisy turned around and looked at Alina. She came to Alina with her quivering steps.

“HOW DARED YOU KILL MY HUSBAND?”
