“I want you to reject her as your Mate. If you insist then marry her but don’t give her the position of the Queen.”

“No! Impossible!” Aaron replied.

“Then just wait for the election. Once all the election begins you can not stop it. Maybe they are afraid of you but they are not afraid of your Omega Mate.”

Aaron glared at his father.

“Don’t be angry with me. You will get a better Queen. I will make sure of it. You will rule your kingdom with her happily and proud of her.”

Daisy grabbed her husband’s arm. “What are you saying? How can he marry Alina and then another woman?”

“Why? Didn’t my father have two wives? One of them was my mother who was the Queen. And he had another wife out of the pack house. Did my mother protest? No. Because she knew King’s can have many concubines.”

Alina was furious hearing all of this. She could not believe what she was listening to.

‘Another wife? Concubines? Is this man gone mad? What’s wrong with him? Just because his father did this he wanted his son to repeat history?’

All the officials looked at Aaron. Aaron sighed and said, “Dad, I will think about it.”

Alina was looking at him in horror. Think about it? What was he saying? Would he marry her and then marry another woman? She did not want the Queen’s position but she could not share her mate with anyone else. Why would she? Isn’t it her destiny that he was her mate? Then why?

Atlas looked happy after hearing that. He looked at Alina’s parents. “You two. You can live here until your daughter’s marriage but after that don’t even think about living here any single day anymore.”

Aaron looked at his father while thinking about something.

But Alina was enraged. She could not listen to those insults. She could not shut her mouth while someone was taunting and humiliating her parents.

“Mr. Robertson.” Alina called him. She did not call him Uncle Atlas. Why would she give a man respect when he did not show some respect to her parents. If he could not respect at least he should not insult anyone. So what if her parents were not the king and Queen, so what if her parents were not a Lycan like them. But they have heart, they did not say anything bad to him so he could not talk like that to them.

Atlas turned his head to her.

Alina glared at him and said,

“You are such an arrogant man! One day you will see that your arrogance will drown you.”

After hearing that Atlas emerged to her furiously but Aaron stopped him. “Don’t you dare to touch her. She is mine. Nobody touches what is mine.” Aaron growled at him.

Everyone felt shaken hearing his growl.

Atlas glared at Alina who was standing behind Aaron.

Atlas controlled himself and said,

“To become the Queen, you have to walk over my dead body.”

Daisy gasped in her husband’s words. She did know why her husband was telling those ominous things.

“Didn’t I tell you that I will think about it? Now go and get some rest. Tomorrow your son is going to get married.” Aaron said.

Atlas left the living room. Daisy did not know what to say anymore so she also left.

Crystal went to Alina’s parents and told them,

“Please Uncle and Aunt, Don’t be upset with what happened now. Don’t take Uncle Atlas’s words in your heart. He is just angry, he will be fine tomorrow morning.”

Hayden Brown nodded at him and Stella Brown was quiet.

“You came today and did not take any rest yet. Please come with me. I will show you your room.” Crystal said to them and looked at Alina.

Alina nodded at her. She was lucky to have a best friend like that. In this situation she was the only one who could make her parents and her calm.

When Crystal left with her parents, Alina turned her head to Aaron.

Aaron saw how furious Alina was. He looked at his friends.

“You all go and get some rest. You have a lot of work tomorrow.”

They understood what Aaron meant to say and nodded to him immediately. Then they left.

Aaron grabbed Alina’s arm and began to walk to the right corner where his resident was.

But Alina stopped him. “We need to talk.”

Aaron turned his head to her and asked, “What do you want to talk about?”

Alina wanted to know why he told his father that he would think about the whole thing?

‘Will he marry me first and cheat on me after that?’

Alina closed her eyes and asked,

“Tomorrow we-“

“Tomorrow we will marry first.” Aaron did not let her complete it and told her about marriage.

Alina felt her heart crushed. She pushed him slightly and let out her hand from his hold.

“Why?”

Aaron saw her reaction.

“What why? Don’t you want to marry me?” He asked.

“But why will we marry first?”

Aaron could not understand her. He thought she would be happy that after what his father said to him, he was still with her.

Alina shook her head. “I want to know why we will marry first?”

Then Aaron realized that she was feeling insecure for him.

He went close to her and hugged her.

“Alina.”

Hearing her name from her mate’s mouth, Alina closed her eyes.

“Don’t worry. I will manage him. Only you can be Aaron Roberson’s Queen. I will not accept any other woman except you. You are my mate and you will be my only wife and Queen.”

Alina hugged him back when she heard he would manage his father.

She wanted him to be her and only her. Is it wrong to have your mate for only yourself?

Alina wanted him to be with her forever. She was not thinking about the position but the sharing thing of his mate.

She thought if Aaron was not a king, their life would be more beautiful. That time she had not to think about all of these things, she had not to worry about the royalty and rank. They could live happily together.

Aaron moved away and caressed her cheeks. “Go and sleep now. Don’t you dare worry about anything else. I promise you I will make it right. You will be my wife first and then I will make you my Queen. I will manage everything and I will manage dad too.”

Alina nodded her head. Aaron k!ssed on her forehead and said goodnight to her.

Alina felt relieved after talking with him. She smiled at him and wished him back.

She then came to her room. She was about to sit down but looked outside of the window.

She could see the darkness. In the sky, the moon was trying to give some light to the earth.

Alina looked at the sky and said, “I just hope tomorrow will pass well. I don’t know If I can be a good Queen or not. But I don’t want to share my mate with anyone. He is mine. I love him.” She said while looking at the moon.

The moon was shining today. She could see how beautiful the moon was.

“I want my life to be beautiful like you. Though there were few flaws but at the end of the day everything will be shined.”

Alina thought tomorrow would be the best day of her life. She would marry the man whom she loved. Everything would be happy today. Tomorrow would be their happy ending. She would forget her every struggle and suffer. All the sadness would be removed from her life when she married him.

Alina closed her window and got into her bed. She laid down and thought it would be her last night here. From the next she would sleep in Aaron’s arm. She chuckled in her own thoughts and covered her body with a quilt. The night was very calm. She fell asleep soon.

That night she slept well. She forgot her every suffering.

But Little Did She Know,
