“BECAUSE YOU WILL BE MY QUEEN, ALINA.”

“No, you always say tha-” Alina started to talk again but paused.

“Wh-What?” She asked.

“I have already said what I need to say.”

“B-But-“

“Good night, Darling.” She heard him say that and cut the call.

Alina’s eyes were widened.

Her phone was still on her ear.

“I-I will be his Q-Q-Queen?????”

She was too shocked to react. She put her phone on her bed and patted her cheeks.

“What did he just say? Am I dreaming??” She pinched her arm. “Aaahh!” She felt pain.

“I am not dreaming!! He told me I will be his Queen. That means he will accept me soon. AAAAHH!!!”

Alina was so shocked and happy that she could not explain if anyone was here.

She had no greed for the Queen’s position. All she wanted was to live with her mate. She wanted her mate’s acceptance.

Alina thought about Aaron the whole night. She could not realize when she fell asleep.

The next morning,

Alina woke up early and went to the training hall.

She came to a trainer who was training other pack fighters. There were other women too, who came to learn how to fight.

Because of all the officials and The king went out of the pack, all the pack fighters were staying in the training hall for more time. Some even stayed inside the rooms of the training hall because of protection.

However, everyone knew that no one dared to attack this pack because it was under King Aaron. Everyone was afraid of him as their deaths.

He was not a soft or convincing man, he was merciless and brutal. So everyone knew that they could not fight with him.

If he by any chance ordered his other Lycans to come here then all the other packs would be demolished anytime.

Alina went to the trainer and said, “I want to learn too. Can you teach me?”

The trainer saw Alina and her face immediately reminded him of the day in this training hall.

He saw her with the King. The king was looking very close to her that day.

He instantly nodded his head. “Sure, I will teach you.”

Alina looked happy hearing that.

The trainer told her to change her clothes into training clothes and told her to see them and warm up herself by doing some exercise.

Alina did what she was told. Today she was learning many different things. She learned how to punch and kick. She was enjoying it.

Inside of her, she knew she needed to learn all of these to protect herself first and then protect her pack members.

‘I will learn everything. For you, I will try my best, Mate. I will not let your face down in front of others.’ Alina thought.

After training, Alina went back to the pack house.

“You went for training?” Daisy saw Alina and asked her.

“Yes, Aunt Daisy.”

“Nice. You are a good girl. Go, take a shower and come for breakfast.”

“Yes, I am going.”

Alina went to her room and took her clothes.

She took a shower and felt refreshed.

She looked at the mirror and saw those hickeys were actually faded.

Alina touched her neck and smiled. She remembered that night, he k!ssed her neck. He healed her.

Did he fall for her just like she fell for him? Did he feel the same as she felt for him?

Alina looked at the faded marks and thought those were the marks of his love.

Alina went out of the bathroom and walked out of her room. She did not put any makeup today but she wore another scarf.

Her training clothes were high neck collars so she did not need any makeup but now she wore a comfortable dress. It was not a high neck so she wore another scarf.

She talked to everyone at the dining table.

She tried to get along with Atlas. Now she knew that her mate would accept her, she should try to impress his parents.

But Atlas did not show any care about her and she backed away inside her heart from impressing him.

Daisy smiled at her. “You look happy today, Alina.”

Crystal turned to Alina. “Aunt Daisy is right. Did Uncle or Aunt call you?”

Alina shook her head. “No, they did not call back. But one of their friends received my call and told me that they will call me soon.”

Daisy and Crystal thought it was today’s incident and that was the reason for Alina’s happy mood.

Alina did not tell them about anything as Aaron said.

She decided that She would tell Crystal when he would come back to the pack.

Alina went back to her room after breakfast.

She was using her phone while someone called her.

‘FATHER’

A big smile came to her face when she saw that her father was calling her.

“Father, you have finally called.” Alina said happily.

She wanted to tell him that his daughter came back to the pack just to meet him and her mom.

“Why did you call?” His father asked.

He sounded like he was not in a mood to talk with her.

“Father, I came back to the pack. Where are you and mom?”

His father was silent for a minute then replied,

“I came to your mother’s pack with her.”

Alina felt relieved that her parents were okay.

“When will you two come back?”

“Why?”

“What do you mean by ‘why’ father? I came here to meet with you two.”

“Why do you even come here? Did we tell you to come and meet us?”

Alina closed her eyes and asked in a Lower tone, “Fa-Father? Why are you saying this? Are you and mother angry with me for some reason?”

Alina did not know why her father was talking to her like this. Alina was talking with him after five years. In these years he did not try to contact her.

“We don’t want to see you. So don’t call us again to disturb us.”
