Alina went back to Aaron’s chamber. She did not want to sleep more. She was unconscious for the whole day.

She remembered the last time she was unconscious for one day.

She took a shower and wore a dress. She went out and went directly out of the king’s residence.

She asked a maid about Melissa’s room. When she entered Melissa’s room, she saw Melissa lying on the bed.

“Are you okay?” She asked Melissa.

Melissa opened her eyes. She tried to sit up, Alina helped her.

“Is your health okay?” Alina asked again.

Melissa was old. But she was not weak. However, last night was like an examination night for her.

“I am okay. Tell me about you. Are you okay?”

Alina nodded. “Yes, I am okay. It’s just pain all over my body. Otherwise, I am totally fine.”

Melissa smiled at her. “You are very powerful.”

Alina was confused hearing the statement.

“Don’t be surprised when I say that you are the only

one who saved Queen Mother Daisy.”

Alina’s eyes widened. “What are you saying?”

“I am telling you the truth. I told you, you could help her. But I didn’t tell you, you were the only one who could help her.”

“I can not understand.”

“I stopped chanting in the middle. Because Crystal tried to break our strength and I lost. But you are very powerful. You did not stop until it ended. Your spells broke every effect of other spells. You broke Crystal’s spell. You even extracted all the effects of the power poison she gave to Queen Mother Daisy.”

Alina realized she helped Daisy properly. She felt good that she could totally help her.

After talking with Melissa, Alina went out of her room.

She was roaming around the pack house. She felt hungry and was about to go to the Kitchen room when she heard the maid’s conversation.

“Miss Selena is crying the whole day.”

“Yeah, I think the King has said something to her.”

Alina frowned. King said something to what?

Alina thought about going to Selena’s room. When she was passing the hall she heard noises.

She walked to the guest hall. She knew it was the room of Alpha Rick.

She did not want to eavesdrop, she thought he was talking with his officials.

But she heard Selena’s voice. She stepped forward and heard them.

“Please, just listen to me.”

“I don’t want you. Just go. I don’t want a woman who said to me that another man is better than me.”

“I didn’t mean it.”

“Now he wants his mate back so you feel like you are nothing in his eyes, so now you want to come back to me, right?”

“No, Alpha.”

Alina heard Alpha Rick chuckling. “Silly woman. I can read you. You only want a fixed position. When you see your Queen’s position is shaking, you want to be my Luna.”

Alina heard Selena’s cry. Alina felt bad for Selena. She knew what Rick was saying was also right in some way. But she was a person with a heart. She made a mistake and now she wanted to solve it.

Alina stepped back and hid behind a blind when she saw Selena running out of the room. ,Alina went inside Alpha Rick’s room.

“I told you don’t com-” Rick said and thought it was Selena again but he stopped when he saw Alina.

“Why are you doing this, Rick?”

“What am I doing?”

“You are not behaving well with her. Why so rude?”

Alpha Rick looked away and asked, “How are you right now?”

“I am fine, Rick. But you are not. What is in your mind?”

“Nothing.”

Alina sighed and headed to him.

“Listen Rick. You are a good friend of mine. You saved me and sheltered me. I owe it to you. But that doesn’t mean I will be your mate.”

“I didn’t say that. But how did you forget that I let you stay in my pack behalf on this condition?”

Alina nodded her head. “I didn’t forget a single thing.

I know what you are talking about. But Rick, I can’t go with you. I want to stay away from every packs. I want to go abroad and settle there. I don’t have any other plans.

But you have to rule your pack. You have your mate.

You can not waste her time. You know how much she likes you now.”

“Likes me? Are you serious?”

“I am serious. You said she is greedy but she likes you now. She has changed after coming back here. She told me a few days ago that she does not want this kingdom but her mate.”

Alpha Rick was silent. Alina understood that he needed some time.

Alina smiled at him. “Don’t behave rudely with your mate. Mates are really special. Don’t disbelieve her. If she wants to come to you, accept her. Who knows if you will get the chance again or not.”

Alina left the room while Alpha Rick watched her back and thought about what she just said to him.

At night, King Aaron invited everyone to have dinner with him in his residence.

Everyone was sitting at the big table at the dining launch.

Daisy also came to the dining launch. She was weak but did not want to miss the family dinner. She wanted to thank Melissa too.

“Thank you se much, Melissa.”

Melissa shook her head. “I did nothing. Everything was done by your son’s mate.”

Alina felt uncomfortable when she heard her calling ‘Son’s mate’.

“Really?”

“Yeah, she did not just help, she did everything for you.”

Daisy nodded and glanced at Alina. “The more I thank you, the less it becomes little in front of what you did.”

“It’s nothing.” Alina said.

“You can ask me anything, Alina. If I can, I will give it to you.'”

Alina smiled at her. “Of course, I will.”

King Aaron did not talk to anyone and Alice noticed everyone. Selena kept staring at Alpha Rick who was busy with his food as if it was the most interesting thing right now.

After dinner, every one of the Blue Moon pack was ready to go back to their pack.

Melissa hugged her. “If you need me again, please call me.”

“I will. “

Beta Max smiled at Alina. “You will always be our Luna in our hearts.”

“Don’t say that. Who knows if you will get the most powerful Luna in history?” Alina said and glanced at Selena.

Selena looked so sad. Her parents had left the moment she woke up. They had worked so they had to go back and she did not tell them about that incident too.

She was all alone in this pack house. She thought about the power and position however, she did not want it anymore.

Alina looked away and went to Alpha Rick.

Aaron glanced at them. Alina hugged Alpha Rick.

The hug ended in a few seconds because they heard a low growl from Aaron.

“I am going back. Just take care of your health. If you need anything just call me, and I will be back to you.”

“Yeah, I know you will always be there for me. But don’t forget what I told you.”

Alpha Rick nodded at her. He and all of his officials were heading to the entrance.

Suddenly two arms wrapped around his wa!st.

“P-Please don’t go. I can’t leave without you. I am sorry for whatever I said to you. I am regretting everything. I have nothing to do here. All I need is to go with you, with my fated mate.”

Everyone was shocked by Selena’s behavior except two people, Alina and Aaron.

Alina felt emotional when she heard Selena. Her eyes fell on Aaron who was looking back at her. They did not break the eye contact.

They heard Alpha Rick and broke their eye contact.

Alina saw Rick unwrapping Selena’s arms.

“Please.” Selena begged like a child.

“What? Why are you wasting our time?” Alpha Rick said.

Selena looked down and bit her lower l*p. She thought she lost him again.

“Now why are you standing here?” Alpha Rick asked.

Selena looked up at him. “Huh?”

“Go and pack your bag. Hurry up, I don’t have much time.”

A bright smile bloomed on Selena’s face. She could not believe what Alpha Rick was telling her.

She wanted to hear him again.”What did you just say?”

Alpha Rick frowned. “Do you want me to change my decision, Luna?”

Selena gasped at hearing that. Alina smiled when she heard that.

She looked at others who were looking at the couple Selena ran to her room and packed all her things with her. She stopped in front of King Aaron.

“I am sorry my King. I am going with my mate. He is my mate. I want to be with him. Give me permission to go with him to his pack.”

Aaron looked at Rick who was looking at him.

Aaron nodded his head and replied,

“Of course, you can go with your mate. After all, only a fated mate can be your life companion.”
