“A-Aunt D-Daisy?”

Daisy was looking at Crystal without saying anything. Tears only rolled down her cheeks.

Crystal cut the call with her shaking hand. She looked at Daisy and said,

“W-What happened, Aunt Daisy?”

Daisy looked like she was in shock. Crystal was scared about whether Daisy listened to her conservation with Darcy.

Crystal stepped forward and tried to reach Daisy but Daisy let out, “Did you kill Atlas?”

Crystal’s eyes widened. She cursed herself in her mind. Did she speak so loudly that others could hear her? But how did Daisy come here to her room’s side? There were so many questions running through Crystal’s mind.

Crystal restrained herself and said, “What are you saying? Why would I kill him?”

Daisy was numb. She came here to warn Crystal not to disturb Selena. She did not believe Crystal at all.

But when she was going close to Crystal’s room, she heard everything.

Daisy was a werewolf, an Alpha female. Besides, she was very powerful too. She could hear what Crystal was talking about.

“You killed my husband.” Daisy said angrily.

All this time she blamed Alina for all the things. That girl kept saying she did not do anything but she did not believe her. She believed in an illusion. Daisy was surprised that this kind of magic even existed in the world.

“How could you do this to the man who had always supported you? HOW?” Daisy yelled at Crystal and tried to attack her.

Daisy grabbed Crystal’s throat and pressed hard. “That day I could not attack you but today I will not let you go.”

Crystal was panicked. “Aunt Daisy, you are wrong. I didn’t do anything. It was not me who killed Uncle Atlas but Alina. You have seen it with your own eyes.”

Daisy shook her head. “That woman was crying while telling us about your truth but we all are foolish. We did not listen to her and refused to believe her.”

“No, she is the main criminal. I was just talking with my Aunt. You must have made a mistake.”

Daisy left her throat and Crystal coughed. Crystal thought Daisy trusted her but then she heard her,

“I will not kill you. My son will kill you. Only he has the right to kill you. You killed his father and made me believe that his mate killed his father. He will never forgive you if gets to know the reality.” Daisy said and turned around.

Daisy headed to the door and was about to go outside when she felt a hit on the back of her head. Everything was paused.

She turned around and saw Daisy smirking at her. In her hand, there was a flower vase, she just hit her with that.

“You told me that you will tell your son about it right? Okay then, Go and tell him. You will go then when you can leave my room without having any problem.”

Daisy lifted her shaky hands and touched the back of her head. It was not bleeding but it became hot after getting hit.

Daisy felt that the world was spinning around her. She felt darkness slowly grab her brain and she fell to the floor.

Crystal ran to her door and locked it. She saw Daisy fall to the floor. “See? You could not tell your son about me, you can never be.”

Daisy felt that she was fainting but she was restraining herself from fainting.

She wanted to shout for help but she felt helpless. The back attack was exactly hit her brain. Her eyes were slowly closing.

Daisy felt Crystal in front of her. Crystal bent down and sat on her knees.

“You are going to faint. I think you need some medicine. Now open your mouth and take medicine hurriedly.

Daisy tried to get out of her grip and pushed her. But her body was shaking because of her pain.

She saw Crystal take out a bottle full of green water. Crystal opened the cap of the bottle and tried to make Daisy drink but Daisy pushed her slowly.

A few drops fell on the floor. Those few drops blew out in the air just like smoke.

Crystal glared at her and grabbed her jaw tightly. “You old woman! You tried to waste my portion?”

Crystal forcefully made Daisy drink the portion.

Daisy felt a burning liquid making her whole body numb like paralyzed. She slowly fainted away.

Crystal looked at Daisy and chuckled. “What did you think? You want to tell your son and I will let you tell? Not so easy my dear Aunt Daisy. I can not kill you now. But when you open your eyes, I will be the Queen already.”

Crystal put Daisy’s unconscious body on the floor and stood up. She opened her door and looked around to see if there was anyone outside her room. She felt relieved that there was no one out of her room.

Crystal held Daisy and managed to make her stand up. She walked to a different room and made her lie on the bed.

The hallway was clear because in that corner only she and Alina were living. But after she ran away and came back as a maid, Alina started to live in the king’s residence.

So the side of her room area was totally clear. For that, she could do her work and shift Daisy to another room.

Crystal stood beside her and chuckled. “Now sleep for a long time. No one can wake you up except me because there is no one as powerful a witch as me. I will be your savior when your son asks for my help. I will use you if he does not want to marry me at the end of the plan.”

Crystal was feeling that what just happened was also good for her. Everyone would only raise their finger at her only.

Crystal went out of the room and closed the door. A maid was passing from there and saw Crystal closing the door.

When Crystal found her staring. Crystal went to her and patted her cheeks. The maid was shocked when she saw Crystal’s glowing green eyes.

Crystal smiled and said,

“Forget what you just saw. You didn’t see anything.”
