Scarf just Murmured the title of the book.. "BEING A MERMAID "

She at once became happy thinking that now she would be able to know some of the things which had been happening to her lately and was looking overjoyed.

Luke on the other hand just sighed his head nodding like he had been judging the girl in front of him as the most dumbest creature. He thought 'How Could she think that she would find the answers in these books in human world.

This girl was totally nasty and she never failed to piss him off with her expressions and acts. Still, he had to carry on. He sighed.

As he was in his thoughts, Scarf peeked at his extra sober face and elbowed him making him jolt in his place. She approached him and whispered besides his ears..

"Mentor, what happened? why do you look so serious like you have eaten dog shit.!" and grinned inwardly because she had started to take the revenge by insulting him like he had been doing in the past days.

"DOG SHIT .....!"

He almost yelled and welcomed a strong glare from the librarian who had been sitting in her counter besides them. She gave him a 'Shut your mouth or get out of the library' Look at which Scarf couldn't control her laughter and side faced him while laughing still in a low tone.

Luke looked at the librarian and ended up mouthing 'I am sorry' to her. He at once turned to the girl who had turned red due to controlling her laughter.

"Hey.. how can you say like that.!" He questioned her almost immediately and she was taken off guard. She was so into the scenario that she forgot Who Luke exactly is and ended up blurting.....

'I loved it. Insulting you in the same way like you did to me is so great. Aww... I can't stop...st.. hihihihi lauugh.... laughing..." she spoke amidst laughing but on the second moment, she stopped her actions and slowly turned towards him.

Luke had been emitting a killing aura but looking at the girl who had been pleading to him not to kill her with her pathetic eyes, he melted and let her off the hook.

'Did he really just spare me looking at my puppy face.!' she thought while Luke stepped out of the Library leaving her alone there to study the book in his own thoughts.

'Hihihihi..... Looks like.. this puppy face of mine is going to be of great help to me in the future." She spoke while giving herself a flying kiss.

"Lets see Mr. Mentor. Just wait and watch. How will I ruin you all of the good days and you will surely regret insulting me .... Hihihihi..." she grinned like a fool and anybody who could have seen her would feel like she was some insane woman laughing alone. When her gaze landed on the side, she spotted the librarian giving the dazzled look to her and smiled faintly taking a seat in a corner of the library and embedded her head inside the book to start the reading.

- DAWN MOUNTAINS-

The empress was totally into the book and she didn't even notice as to when had Carol arrived there and started to peek on the book.

Suddenly sensing a presence besides her, the empress collected all her wits and thought to attack at the person besides thinking it could be any enemy or someone from the dream catchers.

But to her surprise, it was her maid, her most trusted maid, Carol who was peeking at the heavenly book with all the expressions of surprises written over her face.

"Oh.. Carol. It's you. But when did you arrive and why don't I know about your coming in .?" Empress asked Carol.

Carol who had been immersed into the book, jolted suddenly and spoke while stuttering...

"I ... I.. just arrived My lady. I... I.. I called you several times from the door. B... but... you didn't respond. I.. I ... thought you may be sleeping. So, I came inside without your permission. Please... Pl... please... forgive me lady."

"It's fine Carol. You don't need to be afraid. " Said the empress calmly and these words said by her were enough to calm down the scary cat Carol.

"My lady.. what are you looking at so deeply inside this book. There are no letters over the pages. Every page is blank. " asked Carol getting concerned for Empress who had been reading the book and watching the incidents happening inside it with full concentration.

But as the Empress heard those words, she looked at Carol as if Carol was someone from the another planet and asked ..." Carol.. why are you saying that the pages are blank.?"

"Because .. I can't see anything written over there my lady. See .. it's all blank." Carol said gesturing towards the heavenly book placed over the Mahogany table.

Prior to empress could ask her anything else, she got a vision of the late Emperor who told her that only she could read and understand the book as it was passed on to her by him. Also, she is a royal. So, Carol can't see anything inside it. The lady understood everything and told Carol...

"Carol ... I am getting bored these days. So, I thought that I must write something. Like some kind of story or my experiences in this world so that the coming generations would be benefitted. Since, this book is blank. So, I thought of using it. Moreover, I like it very much. It looks antic."

Carol got satisfied by the answers given the lady and nodded her head as a yes while saying...

"Yes, my lady. Indeed.

This book is really antic and its looks are just mesmerizing.

Since, you are fine and are busy, So, I won't bother you anymore.

If you need anything just call me. I am besides the door." She left after bowing her head.

The empress resumed reading the book.

-INSIDE THE BOOK-~

The shattered and afraid lady Melanie was crying too badly and Ester and everyone else were trying to pacify her. Ester tried to calm her down while touching her belly saying..

"Honey, Don't take the words of Uncle SHALA to your heart. May be He meant that our child will change everything for the goodness of our clan."

"Yes, sweetie think positively and calm down. This will affect the child. You know na it's not a mere child. It's a child of two royal fairies. She can listen to you and she can respond too." said the queen wiping unruly tears of Melanie. "Let's just ask our daughter ok" said the king and everyone looked at Melanie's baby bump with expectant eyes.

-DESTINY LAND~

"Sister, this Scarlet is very cunning. She surely will give Luke a hard time. What do you say...!!" asked Choice her sister Destiny peeling in her eyes.

"Hmm... She had always been this naughty..." exclaimed Destiny with smile over her face to which Choice got alerted and started to pester her saying........

"You know everything sister, tell me in detail. Come on." To which Destiny just didn't reply anything.
