As Lady Melanie was standing besides the window and was reminding all the things getting worried for her unborn child, she heard slow and calm footsteps approaching her.

A small and faint smile crept over her thin and pretty lips feeling the warmth of her husband besides her who just came and hugged her softly from behind in order not to hurt the developing baby.

He nuzzled in her neck and started snuggling more into her as if he had been trying to inhale her majestic scent. Being her husband, he was also a fairy who was bestowed with certain powers.

Moreover, he loved his wife way too dearly that he could guess when she was happy and when she was worried. Thus, giving her an assuring look and calm kisses over her soft rosy cheeks, he whispered in her ears... "What happened Milady..! you look worried.!?"

In response to his question, the sweet lady just shrugged off her shoulders which made him step a slight away from her giving her some space to move and turn towards his side speaking showing her concern keeping her hands over her belly as if she was trying to protect the child even right now...

"I just am worried for my child husband. What if sister again get raged..! Do you think it's a good idea to visit the castle?" She was still not very sure about Melinda and her ways. What if she again decided to harm the child. How would she cope up this time? All these thoughts were making her head dizzy and worries could be seen on her moon -crescent face which was looking crouched and wrinkled now.

Ester understood her concerns right then and there and held her shoulders tightly dragging her towards him hiding her in his chest patting her back with one hand and caressing her hairs with another hand saying.." Don't worry, my love..! This time nothing wrong will happen."

Melanie sighed because no matter how and whatever ways she tried to stop the visit, she knew that as a royal Daughter-in-Law, she had some duties that she needed to fulfill. Thus, with a heavy and worried heart, she nodded her head.

"Hmm... since you are ready now, we should head for the castle early. If we will go now, only then we would be able to return before the onset of evening." Ester said kissing her forehead.

Then they both intertwined their fingers and left for the ROYAL CASTLE.

When they reached the huge castle built over the clouds, which gave off a look like it was floating in the sky and was looking like heavens, so many maids in royal dresses along with the then king, queen, Ember and Melinda Cross were waiting for their arrival at the entrance.

Melanie gasped as soon as she spotted her sister because, Melinda had already noticed the baby bump that Melanie was carrying. Everyone was happy for their arrival.

The king and the queen welcomed them affectionately and queen was grinning ear to ear spotting her sweet and adorable Daughter-In-Law with her baby bump. She and the king got relieved as they had spotted the young couple in front of them and now they don't have to get worried for their Younger son's lineage.

"Aww my lord...What a surprise Mel... and Est. You guys didn't tell us about this little munchkin arriving here too. Come sweetie." saying that the queen hugged Melanie and the King Ester.

While all this was happening and everyone was being happier and celebrating the soon arrival of a new member of Cross Family, Melinda was eyeing Melanie and this didn't go unnoticed by Melanie making a shiver ran down her spine.

Melanie and Ester Cross stepped inside the castle being happy that everybody was happy for the upcoming of a little baby, but somehow Melanie was worried a little thinking about how would Melinda feel and react towards her baby when she had already harmed the unborn child one time earlier and was a reason for them couple to leave the castle.

While she was in her own absorb thinking, the queen held her arms lovingly and made her sit on a huge couch placed besides the dinning section in the middle of the large sized dinning room and everyone else surrounded her.

"Let me have a good look on my daughter." the queen touched her face lovingly and kissed her forehead.

"Ester, she should not be like this.. she is looking somewhat pale. I think you don't take proper care of my dear daughter in these days." Queen eyed her son while teasing him to which he shook his head and replied while sitting besides Melinda and wrapping her in his warm hug......

"No.. No mother, I take proper. care of her food, medicines, rest and all the other necessary stuffs. Sweetie, tell mother that I am saying the truth."

He elbowed his wife softly for her to tell the queen truth that he loves her dearly and is too good to her, so that he could get spared from her. Melinda felt happy on having Queen mother by her side and nodded her head in assurance.

Melinda was watching all this from one side and looking over at Melanie, she saw her looking at her. Both the ladies understood that they wanted to talk to each other. Melinda came to her sister and held her hands. She kissed her forehead and gave her blessings to younger sister and the unborn child saying...

"

I wish this baby to bring a new light in the fairy clan and be remembered for eternity." with this, when she hauled up from her sit, suddenly Melanie grabbed her hand making her to stop.. and mouthed Melinda .. "I forgave you sister."

As soon as, Melinda got the words, a waterfall of tears ran down her eyes and she ended up hugging Melanie who had forgiven her for doing every wrong thing and for making her hurt that much.

"I am sorry sister." she barely managed to say this amidst her choking.

"It's fine sister. It was all in the past. What matters is you being with me always." said Melanie with doey eyes.

Although it had been just a few minutes of the Cross couple in the ROYAL CASTLE, yet the news of Melanie being pregnant travelled all across the castle in the blink of an eye and everybody cheered happily. Queen mother had already sent someone to summon for the royal priest to tell the fortune of her upcoming grand child.

Melanie and Ester also didn't oppose it as it was a good news that they would come to know something about their munchkin and also it was the custom in fairy clan that prior to the birth of child, in the last month, if any royal lady was pregnant,she was blessed by the royal priest who held a high rank among the fairies and could tell the future.

If there were little obstacles in the way of the unborn child, then he could also wipe them away. But what would happen this time ...!!

Was it all the good things that were going to enlighten their lives or something vague and dangerous was waiting for them ahead in the future?

"I wish things would have been different at that time." Said Destiny sighing a long sigh.

"It was all up to you sister. You decided that. You had written their fate like this in their past. Now, it can't be reversed." Assured Choice looking at her sister being gloomy who didn't say anything else and just nodded while they both continued to look at The Grand Empress.
