Hearing this, Gary frowned. Heinz had been in such a hurry to buy the house. It seemed that the facilities were just mediocre.

He knew that he shouldn't have had high hopes for Heinz.

"The soundproof facilities are okay, you're asking for too much," Celeste took another bite from her sandwich.

The sandwiches were delicious. The sausage was warm, showing that it had been pan-fried for a while before being served. Hence, it tasted amazing. Gary turned to look at her, a faint smile forming on his lips, "At the very least, the house should offer you some personal privacy, right?"

"It's not going to be a problem at all. I think it's alright. If we don't speak loudly, there should be no problem."

"Aren't you afraid of being heard by the others when I'm doing it with you?" Gary retorted.

Celeste was stunned, and the smile on her lips froze. She pursed her lips and shook her head.

"No one will listen. They all respect my privacy. Maria is busy and Ernest is busier. Do you think they would purposely listen to us?"

"You never know," Gary said, "There's no need to worry. Well have to go over anyways. Let's stay for a few more days."

"But I'm worried that they will get angry at me."

"Celeste," Gary looked at her and said seriously, "Is it really important that they'll be angry? Or is our time together more important?" Celeste was embarrassed and sighed, "Both of them are important."

"Choose one."

Gary's tone was calm, but there was a hint of strictness in it. It sounded a little scary.

Celeste lowered her eyes as her long eyelashes trembled.

"Can't you distinguish between your priorities?" He spoke again in a much deeper tone.

Celeste took a deep breath and looked up again with a shy smile on her face.

Her eyes were black and bright. Her smile was sweet, gorgeous and attractive. "Our time together is more important," Celeste told him seriously.

Gary's deep gaze eased a bit, and the corners of

his lips curled up unconsciously.

"That's more like it."

"I'm just worried they'll say that we are selfish."

"What's wrong with being a little selfish?" Gary asked, "Shouldn't we be glued together? We've just started, yet you want to stop already. How can you do that to my developed and mature body?" Celeste laughed, "Can you not be so straightforward?"

"What do you want me to say? Should I be as reserved as you are? If I don't say what's on my mind, no one will know. It'll only lead to misunderstandings," After saying this, Gary took a bite from the sandwich in anger.

He ate it quickly and finished it in a few mouthfuls. Then, he drank the milk in one gulp.

Celeste thought carefully about the meaning of his words and she agreed with what he had said.

But at the end of the day, she was a girl. She felt that no matter how straightforward she could be, she was also too embarrassed to be as blunt as he was.

"What are you thinking about?" Gary couldn't help but ask when he saw that she had stopped eating.

Celeste looked up at him immediately and explained, "I just think that since we can't do anything anyways, we might as well go back and meet up with Maria and Ernest and have a meal together." Gary raised his eyebrows and smiled evilly as he moved closer to Celeste.

Celeste was so frightened that she took a step back.

"Celeste, from your tone, it seems that you're sad since we can't do anything. You want to do something with me, don't you?"

Celeste was embarrassed.

She stared blankly into Gary's eyes.

She said with a very aggrieved pout, "Didn't you say you wanted me to be frank? I'm frank, yet you're making fun of me."

"You are incorrect. If you are really honest, tell me, do you want to do something with me?"

He was used to taking advantage of her.

At that moment, he wanted her to be specific so he could bully her. He wanted to take complete advantage of her.

Celeste had to answer him straightforwardly, "If I didn't want to, do you think that I would have done it with you on the first day you arrived in England?" Upon hearing Celeste's question, Gary was amused.

There was a smile in the corner of his eyes, and the corners of his lips were also curved into a satisfied grin, "Then you admit it. You really do want it."

"You're right, I want it," Celeste's voice was still considered calm. If one listened carefully, one would hear a bit of a tremble. This was because it was embarrassing for her to talk about this matter. Gary was slightly startled when he heard these words. However, he was surprised.

This girl was well aware of how to follow the flow.

He had only just said so out of the blue, but she had become much more straightforward immediately. She was making progress at a fast speed.

Celeste looked at him with passion in her deep eyes. Gary gulped. His voice was hoarse the next time he spoke.

"Eat quickly. It's getting cold."

Celeste ate the sandwich and milk obediently.

"Bring me my phone, I'll turn it on and send a message to Maria," Celeste was still worried and thought it would be better to message Maria.

Seeing that she was so persistent, Gary could only ask, "What's there to tell her?"

But in the end, he still cleaned up the dishes and went downstairs to take his bag.

Before this, he had turned off her phone and put it in his bag.

He took the big canvas bag upstairs.

He sat down by the window, unzipped it, and reached for her phone.

However, he didn't grab her phone. Instead, he felt a box inside the bag. He frowned slightly and took it out.

The exquisite jewellery box came into view.

When Celeste saw the jewellery case, she was stunned as well.

Gary did not take out her phone. Instead, he opened the jewellery box. When the necklace inside came into view, his eyes instantly darkened.

"Is this a gift from Liam?" Gary looked at her. His face was already icy cold and he was filled with a gloomy aura.

The air surrounding him seemed to have frozen over.

Celeste was scared by his tone but she still nodded subconsciously.

Gary frowned and looked at the necklace. Under the light, the gems on the necklace flashed with a light. Yet, they were irritating to Gary's eyes.

He remembered when Liam went to the United States, the two of them had met for a meal. Liam said that he wanted to buy something for the girl he liked. As he was not familiar with the area, he asked Gary to accompany him to buy this necklace.

He remembered it very, very clearly.

Liam said that he would give it to the girl he liked.

It turned out that the girl Liam liked was Celeste.

Now, the necklace was in Celeste's hands.

What the hell was this?

He narrowed his eyes and glared at Celeste. The dangerous light made Celeste freeze.

"Am I spoiling you too much? Celeste, are you so desperate for money to take jewellery from anyone?"

His words were like a steel knife, stabbing Celeste's heart repeatedly. It was painful.

His words were a huge insult to her.

Celeste pursed her lips, pain dotting her gaze.

"Why did you take it?" Gary roared again, which scared Celeste even more.
