CHAPTER 14

Sidney

POV

I am enjoying watching Reid squirm. He is such a little prick. I could not let it slide what he was trying to do with Davina. He needs to pay for everything he and Raymond have going on here. I sit on the side of the bed watching him ponder everything. He is so confused, and I am loving it. I can see the wheels turning in his head.

"Figure it out yet?" I ask him.

Reid quickly begins putting on his clothes. He does not take his eyes off me. He is burning with questions. I want him to figure it out on his own.

"I am going to go get my clothes and I am going to walk out of her Reid Walker," I say to him.

"No, you will not be. You are mine now," Reid says.

I took his face. "Oh, Reid you could never own me. However, I could most definitely own you," I say.

Reid pushes my hand from his face. "I do not think so, slut," he says.

"Oh Reid. Honey, you have no idea who you are messing with do you?" I ask him.

"Yeah I do, you are either a fucking fairy or you are one of us. Either way, you won't be leaving here," he says.

"Oh Reid, you are so fucking stupid. I would not play with me if I was you," I say.

Reid grabs me around the neck. "I will kill you bitch," he says.

I laugh in his face. "Not likely," I say with a smile on my face.

Reid removes his hand from my throat. I kiss Reid on the cheek. "Bye Reid," I say.

I walk out of the room. I look around to find the room where my clothes are. I spot it across from the room I am currently in. I begin to walk to it. As I am walking I can see Reid trying to get to Raymond. Raymond is still sitting with three women in the opposite corner. He seems to be enjoying himself.

I watch as Raymond gets up from his pleasure party. They are talking and looking at me. They think they will stop me. I will not be stopped. I will leave her. I need to get back to Davina and get her the hell out of here today.

I run into the room where my clothes are. I go back and grab a bag. I don't care whose clothes I get I just need to put on something when I leave here. I grab a plastic bag. I unzip the bag. There is a long skirt and a tee inside. These clothes look very 1970's. I really do not care. I only need something to cover my body to run past security. Fuck how in the hell will I get the elevator to work. Please let there be some stairs or something.

I walk out of the room in my new threads. The room is so full of women. This entire scene is disgusting. I look across the room at the security entrance. I can charm my way out if I need to. I walk with my head high and ignoring the chaos surrounding me. I pay no attention to Raymond or Reid. I am leaving and these bastards will not stop me.

I need to get out of this place so I can let everyone know exactly what is going on here. This shit is going to stop. These two assholes are going to pay for it. I hope Davina is okay. I am sure Rusty is taking care of her.

As I approach the security checkpoint, the security guard seems to be trying to make himself taller. I am not afraid of him. I have seen bigger and more fierce men in my day. I have been around for a while. I wonder if Rusty and Raymond have figured out who I am yet.

I don't want to use any powers yet. If I can slip out of here for now I will come back with an army to take down Rusty and Raymond. Surely Rusty is not so stupid that he can't figure it out. Maybe I am giving him too much credit. I probably am. As I get to the security guard and begin to pass he reaches out to stop me. "Miss, I need you to go back into the party," he says, I tilt my head to the side. "No, you do not sweetie. Actually, you want to come with me to the elevator and swipe your key so I can go down don't you?" I say to him.

He tilts his head with me. He is watching me and thinks very carefully. They have him under some sort of poison just like the women.

"Darling, I need you to walk with me. Just follow me to the elevator," I say.

Fuck! I really did not want to do this. I take my hand and ever so gently touch his face. I begin to blink really fast entrapping him in my gaze. I start humming my song. As I do the room gets quiet. I hear Reid from across the room say my real name. "Insanna," he says so softly. I don't take my gaze off of the security guard. He walks me to the elevator and pushes the button for me. We wait for it to come up to the eleventh floor. He steps in and swipes his key. "What floor?" he asks.

"Four please," I say.

He remains on the elevator with me. I am taking him with me. I need to know every detail in his little head. I need my mother to know what these idiots are up to. She will end this.

I heard the rumors years ago about the hotel and the things going on here but I never believed any of it. Rumors amongst the gods and their conquest can be exaggerated greatly. Seeing Reid interact with people I knew something was up. I should have gotten Davina out of here before she got this involved. But I did not and there is nothing I can do about that situation now except shut this hotel down. Reid and Rusty walker will pay for this.

The elevator stops on the fourth floor. I wonder which room Davina is in. I will try her room first. Surely she did not go to Reid's room. I knock on the door.

"Swipe your key," I tell the security guard.

He does as he is told and swipes his key. I push open the door. It is dark in the room. I reach for the switch and flip on the light.

"Davina," I say softly.

"Sidney?" she says.

"Yes, I am fine," I say.

I walk into the room with the security guard in tow. Rusty pops up from under the cover. Well, well, well, look what we have here. "How did you get out?" Rusty asks.

"I hummed my way out and this sweet man brought me here," I say.

"Hmmm," Rusty says.

Let's see how long it takes him to put it together.

"We need to leave," I suggest.

"Have you seen the rain?" Davina says.

"Yeah I know but we have to leave," I say forcefully.

"Rusty, we need to get her out of here," I say.

"I know I was waiting until morning to leave," he says.

"We can't wait. It has to be now," I say.

"I am not sure what is happening. Are you sure we need to leave?" Davina says.

The rain is coming harder. I rush to the window and open the curtain. Raymond is creating a flood. He is trying to keep her here. "Rusty, we cannot wait. It is now or never," I say.

I run to the bed and grab Davina. I start pulling at her to get out of the bed. "Davina come on," I demand.

"I want to stay here and listen to the rain," she says.

"Damn Raymond," I scream.
