‘HE IS THE LY-LYCAN KING???’

Alina was looking at him in horror. Crystal immediately stood up and went to him. “I was waiting for you since yesterday.”

Alina stared at him. He was wearing a black pant and a black Royal robe. He was not looking like what he looked like last night. Today he was looking like a King. He had the same dark aura but his hairstyle had changed. He brushed his hair back. It looked good on him. He looked good in any style. He was the most handsome man in Alina’s eyes.

Suddenly his eyes fell on her eyes. Alina’s eyes widened and she looked away and turned her head hurriedly.

She heard him, “Yes I know about that.” He said and came to the table. Crystal sat in her seat happily.

Alina glanced at him and saw him sitting on the head chair. That chair was empty for him yesterday.

“Everyone, start eating.” He said and everyone started to eat.

Alina took some dishes to her plate but she was not in the mood of eating. She was thinking about her mate.

‘How can it be possible?? I thought he was a fighter wolf. But he is the KING!!! How can I be a mate of a Lycan when I am just an Omega? Not only a Lycan but also The one and only Lycan King!!’

She was trying to control herself but inside her, there was a storm ruining her mind. Her body was trembling in fear.

“When did you come back, my child?” Atlas asked his son.

“In the Midnight.” he replied.

“You didn’t come to have your breakfast today.” Daisy said.

“I was sleeping.” He replied simply.

“You never sleep late in the morning.” Atlas said. His son never got tired. He was very powerful and his strength was unmatchable. Even if he came back late at night, he always woke up timely so he was worried for his son if everything was okay with him or not.

“Don’t worry I am okay. I was just busy with something last night, which grabbed my whole attention that I could not sleep well.”

Alina peeked at him and saw he was staring at her. She averted her gaze.

“My King, I bought something for you from the village market. I will give you that after our lunch.” Crystal said and tried to start a conversation with him.

Alina was stunned again. How could she forget that her best friend loved this man? He was the love of her life. Every time she heard about him from Crystal she always thought that it was not possible to fall in love with someone in just one meeting. She didn’t believe in love at first sight. But after seeing him last night she could understand her.

‘How can I explain about it to you Crystal? Will you get angry if I tell you that the love of your life is my mate? Why Moon Goddesses? Why did you do this to me? How could I choose between my mate and my best friend? What should I do now?’ Alina thought.

“How is your study going?” Alina heard him asking Crystal.

“My study is going fine. I came here for one month this time.” She said excitedly.

Alina was eating slowly but she heard, “Who is she?”

Then her food stuck in her throat. She started to cough. Theta cooper was sitting opposite her. So he stood up and poured water into a glass and gave her.

Alina took it and drank it in one gulp.

Everyone was silent while looking at Alina. She looked down and felt embarrassed.

“Who is she?” Alina heard him again.

Aline turned her head to Crystal. But she was silent as if she didn’t know who she was.

‘Is she so mad that she doesn’t want to say that I am her best friend who came here with her because she asked me to come with her?’

Daisy broke the silence and said, “She is Alina Brown. She is Crystal’s best friend.”

“Why she is here?” He asked.

Alina felt that her heart was beating fast.

“She is staying with us, Aaron.”

“Who gave her the permission to live here? Did I give?”

“I gave her the permission because she is our guest. Her parents are out of the pack right now. I want her to live with us. She is a good child. I don’t want her to stay any motels alone. And it’s their vacation. She can’t go back right now.” Daisy explained to her son.

His son nodded her head and asked Alina,

“When your parents will come back?”

Alina understood that he was talking to her. She didn’t look at him and just looked down. ‘Is he eager to send me away? Did I do something? Is he angry with me that I am living here without his permission? But I didn’t want to stay willingly. My mom and dad are not at home. Where will I go and stay? I should not have come here. If I knew I had to hear these things, I would not come here at the first.’

She cleared her throat and said, “They are out of the pack. I don’t know when will they come back. They didn’t say anything to me about that.” Her voice was very low but the Dining room was silent so everyone heard her clearly.

“Aaron, it’s okay. Let her live here. She won’t make any trouble or disturb us.” Beta Lucas said.

He was observing Alina from the first. How she looked at Aaron and how she got afraid and turned back, he observed everything. He knew that a person could not behave like this if they met someone just now. He was confused with Aaron’s behavior too. Aaron had never shown interest in any woman before, then what was so special about her?

He saw that Aaron was staring at Alina who was looking at her plate.

Alina didn’t look up as if she was afraid that somebody would kill her anytime. Then she heard the sound of a chair moving as if someone stood up from his chair. .

At that time she looked up and saw King Aaron was looking at her. He told her,

“COME TO MY OFFICE IN THE EVENING.”
