Melissa stood in front of Daisy and tried to understand the problem.

She came to Daisy’s room quickly the moment Alpha Rick permitted her to help Daisy.

“Are you feeling what I have felt?” Alina asked.

Melissa turned her head to her. “How can you feel this? It is a witch’s thing.”

Alina was stunned. “I-I don’t know.”

Only Alina and Melissa were in the room, so no one heard them.

Melissa was shocked when Alina told her that Aaron marked her.

“You got his power. Not fully but some of his power.”

“W-What?”

“Yeah. Otherwise, how could you feel the most toxic power?”

“I don’t know.”

After checking on Daisy, Melissa went back to King Aaron.

“There is something, a power that stops her from getting back to reality.”

Aaron listened to her carefully. He was in his office and looking at Melissa.

“She said my mother would die if I killed her.” He told Melissa about Crystal.

Crystal shook her head. “Is there anything I am missing?”

“‘She talked about a poison which only she knew.

Even my pack doctor could not help me with it.”

Melissa thought about it for a few minutes then suddenly, her eyes lightened up.”

“What happened? Do you have any solution?”

“I think your mate can help me.”

Aaron frowned then he realized Melissa was talking about Alina.

“How can she help you?”

“She can. She was already very powerful when she was getting training in our pack. No one knows about her powers.”

Melissa was talking about some power that Alina achieved when she learned witchcraft.

“When will you start doing something? My mother is not okay.”

“We will start at midnight.”

“Why midnight? Why not now?” Aaron asked angrily.

He was desperate to see his mother healthy.

Melissa chuckled nervously. “My king, we are night creatures. We are very powerful during the day but at night our powers evolve double.”

Aaron nodded his head. “I hope your witchcraft thing will be successful.”

Melissa assured him that she and Alina would try their best.

Meanwhile, Alina was going back to Aaron’s chamber but stopped when she saw Silvia standing out of the chamber.

“What happened, Silvia?”

“I was waiting for you.”

“Is everything okay?”

“Yeah. But why didn’t you tell me that Rick Miller is the head Alpha of the Blue Moon pack???” Silvia asked.

Alina realized that she almost forgot that Silvia was her classmate and they studied at the same university.

Each and everyone in their university knew about Rick Miller.

“I forgot that you also know him.”

“Of course, I know him. Not personally but we are at the same Uni. So yeah.” Silvia said.

“Are you fangirling over him?” Silvia heard the sentence and her eyes widened.

She turned to his mate who was coming to her.

“No honey. How can I think about another guy when my own mate is already so handsome.”

“You should not dare, Honey.” Beta Lucas said with a deep voice.

Alina grinned at them.

“What did she say?” Beta Lucas asked Alina about Melissa.

“She told us that we can start at midnight. I just hope everything will be okay tonight. I don’t even know about the poison Crystal gave to Aunt Daisy. However, there is a spell which haunts her recently.”

That means she is doing something.” Beta Lucas said.

Silvia nodded. “‘Maybe she wants to kill Queen mother Daisy.”

Alina shook her head. “No, she wants King Aaron to call her for help and she will throw a bunch of conditions.”

“Hope tonight everything will be okay.”

“Hope so. Where is Rick?” Alina asked.

“He is staying in the royal guest room.”

Alina nodded and opened the door of the King’s chamber which was her new room.

Alina sat on the bed and thought about how to save Daisy.

Melissa told her what she had to do tonight yet she was nervous because last time she was unsuccessful to break the spell.

At midnight Alina and Melissa stood in front of Daisy. The light was off and the window was open.

The moonlight was giving its light to the room.

Aaron was sitting on the couch. He was a Lycan, he did not need lights to see in the dark. He could see in darkness.

He was feeling hopeful for his mother. He wanted to kill Crystal who was playing with everyone all this time.

Daisy was lying on the bed. They placed her on the floor. Alina and Melissa sat on the two sides of Daisy.

Aaron had never seen any kind of witchcraft in his life. The way Crystal got caught by him, he did not see any witchcraft things with her.

However, he was watching Melissa doing this.

He stared at Alina. She looked different in a white long piece.

Seeing her in white dress Aaron remembered how he made her his slave, she wore this type of dress at that time.

He closed his eyes and tried to forget those memories from his mind but it was like imprinted in his mind.

Alina glanced at Daisy and told Melissa,

“Let’s start.”

Melissa nodded and started to spell.

Alina followed up with her and spelled equally.

Aaron was stunned when he saw her chanting spells.

He did not know that a werewolf could know witch’s spells too.

They were different creatures, how could she even understand what she was saying?

Alina and Daisy closed their eyes and fire lit up around their bodies in a big circle.

In the circle of fire, Alina and Melissa were sitting and Daisy was lying in the middle.”

Alina felt hot air touching her body. She could feel fire around her like last time.

She kept chanting. This time the craft was different.

When they did it for the first time, it was just an illusion. However, this time they were trying to take Daisy back to her conscience.

Alina felt a heavy weight in her back as she chanted spells.

She felt another power pulling and pushing her but she did not open her eyes.

Melissa’s voice was audible but suddenly she spoke out aloud,

“Don’t stop chanting, Alina.”

Alina frowned when she heard Melissa. How could Melissa stop chanting? Wasn’t she the main witch here?

Alina put everything aside and focused on her spells.

She felt air rushing toward her and pushing her. She almost fell on the fire.

“ALINA!”

Aaron stood up immediately when he saw her falling back to the fire. Fire almost touched her.

He saw Melissa waving at him. When he tried to look carefully at Melissa through the fire, she was shaking her hand, saying no to him.

Aaron was surprised when he saw Melissa’s eyes were closed as if she could see him without opening her eyes.

Aaron stopped and stared at Alina. Alina kept changing as if her life was depending on it.

Aaron’s eyes fell on Daisy. He was stunned when he saw his mother’s hand moving.

Daisy was moving her head as if saying no to someone. Her fingers were moving too.

Aaron wanted to run to his mother and wake her up.

But he knew her mother was not sleeping but spell bound.

Alina felt she was fainting in the hot atmosphere. She tried to move but she felt that her body was frozen.

Suddenly, she felt that fire was in front of her. She almost opened her eyes but Melissa shouted at her.

“Don’t Alina. We are almost there.”

Alina tried to nod but she knew her motion was frozen. She felt she was melting in the fire.

Her spell was letting out loud by itself. She did not know when she started to chant loudly.

All of a sudden, she heard a scream inside her head.

She felt pain in her head and body. As if someone was beating her.

Alina was breathing fast as she chanted. Tears were rolling down her cheeks. Her whole body was hot and sweat was dripping from her body.

Aaron tightened his fist when he went close to the fire. He saw her nose was bleeding.

He wanted to stop everything.

For once, he wanted to save his mate over his mother.

He felt pain in his chest when he saw her condition.

He was trying her best just to help his mother who had been blaming her and wanting to kill her all this time.

Alina took a deep breath when she recited the last spell loudly. She could not open her eyes and fainted.

Aaron ran to her without caring about the fire but Melissa opened her eyes instantly and the fire blew out.

The whole room was darkened again.

“What happened to you??” He said while patting Alina’s cheeks.

Alina was not replying to him, it did not set well with his heart. He glared at Melissa. His red eyes were glowing in the dark.

Melissa felt scared. “M-My King-“

“What did you do to her?? Why is she not replying to me???” He yelled at Melissa.

Melissa shook her head. “Don’t worry, my king. She just fainted.”

“Aaron.”

Another voice interrupted Melissa. She and Aaron turned to the voice.

Aaron’s eyes widened.

“Mom?”
