After several consecutive days of hard work, Nancy finally finished the surgery.

The first thing she did was breathe a deep sigh of relief.

Autumn was about to pass, and winter was coming soon.

It was a sunny morning and it looked like it was going to be a pleasant day.

When Nancy woke up, she turned her head and saw that Charles was still sleeping. She wanted to wake him up but she wasn't sure how. She lifted her leg up and wanted to gently kick him. However, she brushed her leg over something she shouldn't have.

Nancy's was suddenly really flushed. She'd been manhandled by Charles before but she didn't know that he could be so strong first thing in the morning as well.

She tried to withdraw her leg but his grasp on her ankle was too tight.

"Nancy, are you trying to get me excited just to tease me?" He was sleeping soundly until he felt Nancy's touch. His whole body trembled to wake him up.

He grabbed whatever made him feel so good. It turned out to be Nancy's little foot.

A surge of emotion swept through his heart.

How could Charles let go of her? He raised his head and looked at Nancy, steely-eyed.

Her heart skipped a beat. She said shyly, "It was an accident. I'm sorry."

Charles gently rubbed her ankle and slowly moved her foot back up.

When Nancy touched it again, she grunted softly.

Charles smiled evilly. "You shouldn't say sorry to me. You have to say sorry to it."

Nancy was so scared that she even curled up her toes, but this didn't deter Charles.

He stared at her wandering eyes and rubbed her feet back and forth against him. "Nancy, you can't be so shy and boring in a relationship. You should pay attention when the times come." Nancy didn't really care for such things, did she? No, not really.

In fact, Nancy seldom had relationships. At school, she remembered that a boy had written a love letter to her and asked Doris to give it to her. Nancy read it and then tore it in frustration Doris was so shocked that she actually felt worried. "Nancy, he likes you. How could you tear up the letter?"

Nancy blushed and said with resentment, "You're only saying that because you don't know what the boy wrote to me. He said he wanted to do something with me..."

Although Doris is a little aggressive, she was only fifteen years old at that time. When she heard what Nancy said, her face turned red and her heart was about to beat out of her chest. She swallowed and said, "Is he stupid? How could he say that?"

"Humph, he has gone too far! He's such a hooligan!" Nancy shouted angrily.

But at that night, for the first time, Nancy had a lustful dream.

Nancy woke up from the dream, sweating heavily. She got out of bed and went downstairs to get some water from the fridge. Her mouth was dry and she just needed to refresh herself.

When she opened the door and walked out, she was shocked to see Fannie standing outside her room. "What... What are you doing here?"

Fannie blushed and grinned, "Nancy, I heard some strange sounds coming from your room. It sounded like you had a man with you or something. I just came to see what was going on."

Nancy was even more flustered. She was probably moaning in her sleep. After all she couldn't control herself while she was sleeping, especially not with that type of dream.

Was her voice really loud enough to wake Fannie up?

Nancy was afraid that Fannie would tell Clark and Jill. She opened the bedroom door and said, "Fannie, are you suffering from somnambulism or hypochondriasis? Maybe it was an auditory hallucination. Come and see if there is anyone else in my room!"

Fannie walked into Nancy's bedroom and looked around. Of course, nobody was there.

"Sis, I've been suffering from insomnia recently, so I was just messing around. I just wanted to talk to you." Fannie tried to smooth things over with an awkward smile.

"I'm very tired. I don't have the energy to joke around anymore. If you want to play, you can play by yourself." Then Nancy went downstairs.

Fannie stood behind her and shouted, "Nancy, your pajamas are wet." "I'm feeling hot," Nancy said without looking back, her face burning with embarrassment.

Nancy hated that boy. None of this would have happened without his love letter.

Nancy came to the kitchen and drank two large glasses of water. The heat on her body gradually dissipated.

She went back to her room but she couldn't sleep.

In the past five years, when Nancy thought of it occasionally, there was still a slight throb in her heart.

She didn't expect to meet Charles when she came back from abroad.

It was just a shock because Charles was the guy to take her virginity all that time ago.

Now every time Charles mentioned marriage it made her feel uncomfortable.

She just didn't feel like they were a couple.

Looking at Charles, Nancy said in disgust, "We are not a couple. What are you doing?"

Charles leaned over and said in a hurry, "Silly girl, do you want to be my wife?"

"I really don't want!" Nancy denied. She really didn't think about being his wife at all. She couldn't even see a future with Charles. Angelina didn't like her and she didn't like Angelina.

If they eventually got married, Angelina would definitely do something to mess it up!

If she was alone, it wouldn't matter. But what about Nadia? Nadia was too young to go through all this!

Nancy only wished for one thing, for Nadia and Bobby to grow up healthy and happy.

Charles still held her foot and kept rubbing it against himself.

When she noticed that her toes were wet, she pursed her lips and frowned. She pulled her leg back and roared like a rampant beast, "Charles, let go of me!"

"No!" Charles said possessively.

"Charles! You are being unreasonable!" Nancy was suddenly flustered and short of breath.

"Nancy, Nancy, I love you. Let's get married!" Charles said affectionately.

Nancy thought, 'Damn it! Why does Charles always say that?'

Nancy couldn't just agree to that on a whim. After all, Angelina and Frederic still had to have their say.

She had to at least know that his family accepted her.

Otherwise, she would never agree to Charles' proposal.

"I'm going to have an operation today, Charles!" He still held onto her foot with all his might. She tried her best, but he seemed to be possessed. If she didn't do as he said, he wasn't going to let go. Nancy had no choice. She put all her force behind her leg and kicked him.

It only hurt Charles a little but it was enough.

He sighed in a low voice. He really didn't understand why Nancy hated it so much. It should be a happy thing.
