Chapter 315 Marigold's Guilty

Marigold was really going crazy with worry due to the lack of news about Alaric. When she received word that Alaric had been transferred to Serenity Heights Medical Center, the news swiftly reached her ears. Knowing Alaric's condition, Marigold rushed over.

"What happened to Alaric?" Marigold ran to the bedside, crying with pain and fear. "What happened?! Alaric, open your eyes and look at me. Alaric, can you hear me?"

"Alaric is in a deep coma right now. He can't hear you. So stop making noise," Stellan interrupted Marigold coldly. Seeing Marigold now, Stellan couldn't suppress her anger. In her view, if it weren't for Marigold's actions, Alaric might not have found himself in this current state.

Marigold was already anxious and furious. She also deeply hated Stellan. When she heard Stellan's words, her emotions exploded.

"Stellan, weren't you kidnapped? Why is it Alaric lying here instead of you? Did you play some trick? Did you harm Alaric?"

Marigold grabbed Stellan's clothes, but this time, Stellan quickly pushed her away with such force that Marigold staggered and almost fell.

"Don't you know who harmed Alaric?" Stellan stepped closer, her gaze sharp as she looked at Marigold.

"What are you talking about?" Marigold was clearly guilty but had to put on a strong front. "Stellan, stop bluffing. You harmed Alaric, and I should have even settled the score with you yet. If anything happens to Alaric, I'll make you pay with your life!"

As she spoke, Marigold tried to grab Stellan's clothes again, and Josep stepped in to stop her.

"Do you think you can bully Galatea because she has no family?" Josep asked angrily.

"Who the hell are you? What right do you have to interfere in our family matters?" Marigold retorted.

"I saved Alaric. Do you think I have no right?" Josep said directly. "Galatea is my most prized student, and I've long considered her my daughter. If you want to bully her, you'll have to get past me first!"

"Exactly!" Rowena couldn't help but chime in. "Don't think you can bully Stellan just because you have power. Stellan is such a good girl, yet you don't even appreciate her. How could Mr. Knight have a mother like you?"

It was common for Marigold to have a chorus of agreement, yet after she lashed out at Stellan, two people came to Stellan's defense, making her feel isolated.

"Fine, Stellan, you've got some nerve and find help now." Marigold pointed at them angrily. "Don't think I'm afraid of you just because there are more of you. Alaric is my son. You, bitch, have no right to stay in the Knight Family. Get a divorce and leave Alaric. Get out of here!"

"Whether or not to divorce is between Alaric and me. No one else has a say." Stellan said firmly. "I'll deal with you later for colluding with the Vale Family to kidnap me. For now, please leave my husband's hospital room," Stellan demanded.

"Your husband? Alaric is my son!" Marigold exclaimed.

"Because of your stupidity and selfishness, Alaric is in a coma. If I were you, I'd be ashamed and guilty enough to die. But of course, someone as shameless as you, who only blames others, wouldn't," Stellan said. "You're out of line," Marigold uttered.

"This is a hospital, not a place for you to throw a tantrum. I don't care what your relationship with the patient is. You're not helping his recovery. Get out!" Josep said sternly.

Marigold was about to say something when Rowena added, "If you really care about him, leave now."

Their stance made it clear that if Marigold didn't leave, they would force her out.

Marigold had no choice but to leave the ward. She took one last worried look at Alaric lying in bed, then pointed at Stellan and cursed, "Bitch, just you wait. You can't take Alaric from me!" "You don't need to wait for me. I'll come to you. Don't worry," Stellan said calmly.

As Marigold got into the car, she was both angry and guilty.

"How did Stellan know I colluded with the Vale Family? Does she have evidence?" Marigold was really panicking now.

"She probably doesn't. If she had evidence, she would have used it already. She's just trying to scare you, Mrs. Knight. You don't need to be afraid." Joe said. Scare her?

If Stellan didn't have any evidence, would she be so confident in scaring her?
