“Moreover, I have heard that you have a history with witches. No! Zahir didn’t tell me about your past if he is aware of that part then. He had just mentioned this line once.” Breda quickly explained so that Wylder wouldn’t think that Zahir had broken his trust or something.

“Relax. Nobody knows about my past, so don’t be concerned about my friendship with Zahir.”Wylder spoke before adding. “Please ask someone to get a couple of clothes for her and other things that a female might need.”

“Noted. Alpha.”

Once Breda left the cabin, Wylder threw his head on his chair and kept thinking about what Breda said: ‘I have heard that you have a history with witches.’

‘Well, she was correct in this regard. There are three witches in my life, and anyone in my life can plot this. What do you say?

‘That’s true. But there is also one person among them who can help us.’ Night reminded him. ‘He is not that strong, but strong enough to help us if he knows anything.’

Wylder g*****d. ‘I don’t want to take his help.’

“He is your father.”

Wylder kept thinking about it for a while before using his power to call his biological father, Zadok Bringer, a wizard who could control air. After all, in the wizard, the power sources were either connected to the father or mother, so he found Wylder when he used her power for the first time.

In the next minute, he was in front of him in the form of air. That no one would see except Wylder.

“Is something wrong, Wilfred?” He asked in surprise.

“I don’t go by name anymore,” Wylder responded before locking the door of his office. “And yes, I wanted to know that your wife was planning something against me. Or your daughter? Or anyone from your family?”

“My daughter, aka your sister, doesn’t want to harm you but kill you. So, I’m sure, she isn’t planning anything as long as you’re fit and fine. And about my wife, she wants to kill your Lycan and make you a pure wizard, but she can’t do that until she gets her hands on your weakness. Maybe your heir will be her target. So, for now, you’re safe from them.”

“Why does she hate my Lycan so much?”

“She hates the whole werewolf clan. You’re not the special one. Anyway, I’m not here to explain how great my wife is. Your thoughts would have been different about us if my enemy hadn’t kidnapped you at the time of your birth. If you would have stayed with us then…

“Okay, enough now! If I had stayed with you, then you would have killed my Lycan before I would have ever known.” Wylder said, pointing in between. He had learned that the lady whom he had considered his mother was never his mother but his kidnapper, who kidnapped him when he was an infant.

Why?

to take revenge on his biological parents.

“Can you blame me for that? Before I could have learned to respect her, I came to know that she was using my fated mate to kill my Lycan. Anyway, I’m also not in the mood to hear anything good about her. I hope our common enemy is still rotting in the cell.”

“She is.”

“Is there anything with which I can help you?”

“Witches are involved in omega trafficking. Do you think that someone from your coven is involved in this?”

“Nope. There is no chance of this. We keep our operations away from werewolves. Moreover, we respect the friendship between Selene and Hecate. If we can’t treat werewolves as friends, then we don’t want them as our enemies either, because in that case, both of the Goddesses of this world will get upset.” Zadok Bringer spoke in a very respectful way as if he followed all these things like a saint. There was so much sincerity in his face that Wylder didn’t dare doubt him again.

“Thanks for coming, Zadok,” Wylder muttered, giving him the cue to leave, which he did.

Wylder massaged his head and cut the names of his mother and sister from the names of enemies for now, at least in this situation. The only person he could think of now was his ex-fated mate, Zelda. But if she was really involved in all this planning and plotting, then why would she have used this method and tortured her to this extent?

‘Or I dislike her to such an extent that I’m relating everything to her.’

After finishing his work, he went to see Arabella, who was sleeping peacefully on his bed.

“You’re saying that you lost my little pet?” A man sneered at the news.

“I’m sorry, Alpha.” The person, kneeling in front of her, apologized, but in the next second, his head was ripped out of his body.

“SORRY is not in my diary.” He said this, looking at all his agents. “Where is she?”

“In the Black Alder Pack, under the protection of Alpha Wylder Miller.”

“Get that bitch before he finds out who she is. And no need to return back to me if you fail because in both situations you all will be killed.”

“That wouldn’t happen, Alpha. We will get her back at any cost. He will never find out that she is Tiara Haysbert.” His eyes landed on the person who spoke this and he smirked.

“You’re my trump card. In case everything fails, then you will have to handle it.”

“I know, Alpha. In fact, I’ve been practicing to be like her for years. I promise not to disappoint you.”
