Chapter 35: Indisputable Truth

I went immediately to the office to see the person that I wanted to see.. for so long.

When I didn't see him to the crowd of employees, I went to his private office.

I saw his secretary fixing some papers and such on her table.

"Where is Sir Alstriem. " I said.

She frowned and looked at me.

"Sir Alstreim is not here. He's in Manila." She just said and continue from what she was doing.

Huh!

I laughed in sarcasm. I am very sure that he's that man I saw!

Because of my frustration. I went inside his office unguarded. His secretary called me but I immediately closed the door and locked it.

I went on his table and took a deep breath before starting to find some clues or evidence that he's the one... that my eyes didn't deceived me.

It's Sir Alstriem. He's the one that I saw. I know my eyes didn't deceived me! I'm sure of it!

I opened his drawer and I saw some fixed fountain pen and papers.

I pulled them all put and scanned them.

Papers...

Works...

Records...

Data....

Fountain Pen....

Those were the only thing in his drawer.

I looked at the records because all of the confidential records are there. From employees to bosses.

Grayfaurd Crest Firm....

In 1952, Lurexuz Ezquevel Grayfaurd, together with his wife, Faramiah Cantruxos Grayfaurd. Established the firm of GFC. They started their business by knowing their passion. Both of them came from the richest but wanted to start from the start even from a scratch. In 1965, GFC had already begun to unveil its name. Big business man and tycoons had already noticed the biggest opportunity the world has ever existed. They began to court the interest of the two owners, but no one succeeded. Faramiah and Lurexuz only had two children. As much as Lurexuz wanted to have other children but Faramiah had already stopped bearing a child due to her cervical problem. Lurexuz loved his two offspring so much that he doesn't want to harm anyone of them. His son, Aiken Grayfaurd born with so much authority. When he's come of age, he took over the place of his father, GFC got more and more unveiling to almost all of those business men. While his daughter, Aiko Grayfaurd was silent and shy. Aiko helped his brother running their company up until it became on top! Aiken married at the age of twenty-eight in the most beautiful actress in Hollywood, Miss Launxi Johan Grayfaurd. They got three children, two boys and one girl. And as of now these two children was the one who runs the GFC. Jellal Astrair Grayfaurd and Lacxous Alstriem Grayfaurd together with their cousin Grayson Allen Grayfaurd Fuenterebela: Aiko's Son. While Evergreen Athrina Grayfaurd: Aiken's one and only daughter. She works as an actress and followed her mother's passion in the world's industry. In almost sixty-five years of GFC, it is still in a smooth run and remained on top over the decades.

I think I almost cried when I saw the history. Lacxous Alstriem Grayfaurd, w-why? Why did I ever stopped myself from thinking that it was him all alone.

I dropped my body on his chair because of my sudden loss of strength. Why. Why. Why.

I grabbed one of the pens and played with it while my tears are dropping.

I accidentally tap a button that made it reveal the records, I guess. I stopped crying and just listened to it.

"Fuuuuuuuccccccckkkkkk!!!"

"Yeah, fuck it! I swear, I'll kill him. Damn, it hurts."

"Why do things turn like this. What did I do!"

"Love is for fools. I am a fool. "

"Love is a paradise when there's lovers. Love is shit, when lovers.. doesn't exist."

"Obsession assumes. I assumed that she's mine. I loved her first, but damn."

My tears are even dropping so hard now. I can feel the pain he has on those voice. I can feel it.

Why did I never noticed that someone is hurting already?

I don't like being hurt. And I don't like seeing someone that is hurting.

The door opened and I saw him. I saw him.

"I assume, you knew already." He said and I can feel the pain from those voice.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I said and walked to his directions.

He laughed. But I didn't even see it on his eyes.

"What for? To pity me?" he said.

I shook my head and wiped the tears in my eyes.

"At least, so I can tell you that we are not for each other and... to lessen the pain you are currently having right now." I said and stopped when there is only a little bit of distance left. "Then, that hurts even more." He said.

I can see his wet eyes and his red nose. He's being emotional.

I didn't utter a single word till then and just let him talk.

"I love you first. I saw you first. I thought you're the one. But seeing you kissing my brother naked...

There's a trail of a single tear that dropped from his eyes. Why does this image hurt so bad?

..... I felt like shattering into pieces."

He whispered the last words and wiped his tears.

"I love you, Erza. For a very long time. I waited for you to get older, but I just wasted my time. Am I really a coward when I just wanted to have you traditionally?"

"I wanted to woo you first before I'll get you, I wanted to marry you first before I'll take you. I wanted to court you. But I think I was very wrong with my moves." He said and walked closer to me.

"I know nothing about love until you came but it just shits me like fucking hell! You've hurt me. You will be a cause of my death." He said.

He grabbed my arms and pulled me closer to him.

"Don't pity me. 'Coz as long as you're unattached with him, I'll get you. I'll show you." he whispered and make his face closer to mine.

The moment our lips met. I feel like, I am cheating over someone. I can't push him. I don't know but I can't.

Sir Al is the last one on my list. He's the last one that ever crossed my mind about Lacxous G.

I know that he's feeling the same pain I felt way back when Astrair hurt me.

It hurts and I know that what he's feeling right now even hurts the most.

If only he told me. Maybe I have fell in love with him first than Astrair. And no heart has bleed from the curse of love.

Dale's POV

"Dale, Hill said that Erza is in Palacio Royale. " Dawn whispered while caressing baby Hunks head who's sleeping while pinching her right breast, while making the left one his pillow. Okay, she became a substitute mother for a while.

"We will go there immediately as a tourist. And we won't make a scene. "I said that almost a whisper.

She just smiled and raised Hunk's fat arms and played with it slowly.

His features are too innocent while sleeping.

"When will we go in Palacio Royale?" she asked.

"Tomorrow morning. No one will stop us! " I whispered and kiss Hunk's forehead.

"Sooner or later, you'll finally see your mommy again, Hunky baby."
