After Gary effortlessly sent Flynt and Janice away, he leisurely walked toward Celeste.

Seeing Celeste answering the video call, a cunning smile appeared on his lips, but he hid it soon after.

In his phone, laid a message he sent to his mother half a minute ago.

When he was right behind Celeste, he saw his mother's face on the screen at a glance. Instead of greeting her, he clung to Celeste from behind.

Celeste's back stiffened almost instantly. She was overwhelmed by the sense of oppression that came from his warm embrace. She wanted to break free badly. However, Gary clasped his arms around her waist. He thought she wouldn't have a major reaction while answering the call since the camera focused on their faces.

As he expected, she was stiff all over, and her face was slightly red, but she didn't make any obvious moves.

It seemed that the only person who could rein Celeste was his mother.

Gary once again marveled at his intelligence. He actually thought of sending his mother a message, and Grace was quick to react as well. She immediately made a move the moment she received the message.

He rested his chin on Celeste's shoulder intimately as they talked to Grace.

"Hi, Mommy," Gary greeted her mother calmly.

This was the first time Grace saw her son unabashedly hugging his girlfriend so intimately in front of her.

Grace's eyes were filled with smiles. She lamented her children had grown up, and that time flew by quickly.

It could be said that Gary and Celeste had made their relationship known to their family.

She was very gratified and said while smiling, "I'm already content to be able to see the two of you appear in the call at the same time."

"You're already content?" Gary teased, "How are we to do in the future?"

"You'll only get better. I hope to see you two and your child appear together in the same picture." Grace continued.

Celeste's face flushed instantly; even her ears turned red.

Yet Gary exhaled warm breaths by her ear as he said, "Mommy, that day will come."

"You'd better." Grace could tell Celeste was smiling shyly; she seemed to be embarrassed and a little distressed. She immediately changed the subject, "By the way, looking at the scenery behind you, are you in Prince Street Garden now?"

"Yeah, Aunt Grace." Celeste finally spoke, "We're at Prince Street Garden now."

"Great. You two should take a tour more often so that you can broaden your knowledge and learn more things. Life is all about learning and traveling. Both of them are indispensable." Said Grace. "Mm." Celeste nodded obediently.

"So Gary, you have to take Celeste out more. That way, you guys can bond and elevate your relationship. I'm waiting to have grandchildren." Seeing Celeste was speaking again, Grace sneakily pulled the conversation back again.

Celeste's face turned red again. She was distressed as she couldn't believe Aunt Grace would say such things.

However, Aunt Grace had indeed said it, and it traveled to her ears clearly.

Did it mean that Aunt Grace was not against them being together?

"I'm fine with it." Gary said, "The real question is if Celeste agrees to it or not."

"You brat, Celeste is already shy," Grace said. "You boys are always so careless; that's why you wouldn't understand a woman's thoughts. If Celeste didn't say anything, then it's a yes. You should have gone to England long ago and spend more time with her. Do you think it's easy for me to safeguard your feelings for Celeste?"

Celeste froze for a moment and whispered, "Aunt Grace."

What was going on?

"Celeste, seeing you two together, I can finally tell you this. This kid has decided to be with you since he was 16. He asked us to keep an eye on you for him. So that you don't fall for other boys. Now that you two are together, I can finally stop worrying." Grace told her.

Celeste's mind went blank all of a sudden. She looked at Aunt Grace in disbelief.

"Since the both of you are here, I won't beat around the bush. Remember, keep the baby if you' re pregnant. Gary, you're a boy; you need to be more considerate toward Celeste." she said.

"Mommy, I'm totally fine with it. I can do all that." Gary said bluntly. "It's just that Celeste seems to have a strong misunderstanding about me." "Misunderstanding?" Grace looked at them quizzically, "Celeste, what's your misunderstanding?"

Celeste felt really awkward and didn't know how to answer.

However, Gary already answered for her, "Perhaps she thinks I'm too good-looking, so she doesn't really trust me. She always thinks I'm a boy who would easily betray her and isn't loyal in a relationship. She probably thinks like that."

Celeste was absolutely maddened that Gary told Grace about it so bluntly in front of her. Gary was too straightforward, leaving no room for her to speak.

Celeste could only reprimand Gary in a whisper, "Can you not spout nonsense?"

"Alright, I won't say anything. You say it." Gary was surprisingly quite calm this time.

Celeste quickly explained to Grace, "Aunt Grace, it's not like what he said. Mm... I'll explain to you later. Let me sort things out with Gary first."

"Sure, you two talk first. Call me after you two have reached an agreement. I have plenty of time anyway. I'm so free that I even feel a little lonely." Grace told them.

Hearing what Aunt Grace said, Celeste immediately felt guilty because she felt that she called too rarely.

Successfully evoking her guiltiness, Grace smiled and said, "You two talk first."

After that, she looked at her son deeply before hanging up the phone.

When the video call ended, Celeste immediately turned to look at Gary. Her brows were furrowed as she looked at him. Word by word, she questioned him, "Gary Smith, what exactly are you trying to do? Who told you to tell Aunt Grace about this?"

Gary looked condescendingly at her. Celeste felt a strong sense of oppression. "Haven't you been calling me your brother? Go on, call me your brother again." What in the world?

Celeste's face turned red from distress.

Gary looked at her with a burning gaze. It was domineering and fierce, imprinting on her.

"What's the point for you to be vexatious? Don't you think you've gone too far?" Celeste truly thought that she was about to go crazy.

"I don't think I've gone too far. You, on the other hand, are the one who has gone too far." Gary argued.

"What did I do now?" Celeste asked.

"The way you and Flynt flirt with each other disgusts me. I f*cking want to beat him up. Do you believe I can beat him up so badly that you two can no longer be friends?" "You!" Celeste was appalled. "You're unbelievable."

"Why didn't you tell Mommy this just now?" Gary asked.

Celeste frowned. She was upset, but she couldn't say a word.

Seeing that she was truly mad, Gary grabbed her wrist, pulled her into his arms, and hugged her tightly.

Celeste struggled.

"Alright, that's enough." Gary's tone softened. "I won't really beat Flynt up. That will only put you in a difficult situation."

Celeste was taken aback, doubtful.

"But I really want to beat him up. How dare he flirt with you." Gary said.

Celeste struggled again.

"I'm jealous," Gary confessed.

Celeste froze all of a sudden.

For someone as proud as him, how could he have admitted it? But he did it.

It was absolutely unbelievable.

Gary wrapped his arms tightly around Celeste's waist as he said in a gentle and doting voice, "So, don't flirt with Flynt again. You're not allowed to be gentle to him." "When did I flirt with him? Don't talk nonsense, okay?" Celeste said.

"Then tell me if you are willing to have a baby with me?" He changed the topic so quickly.

"What baby? Can you stop talking nonsense; our problems aren't even solved yet. Besides, we already broke up. I have nothing to do with you anymore." Celeste continued.

"Then, I'll wait until your period is over to have something to do with you," Gary whispered in her ear. He suddenly didn't play by the books. "You... How can you be so shameless?" Celeste said as she blushed.
