"It's all in the past. I didn't take it to heart," Celeste felt that it was really the past. She had already forgotten about it, and she didn't want to think about it anymore. The sapphire necklace was very gorgeous.

Liam gave it to Celeste and said, "This was purchased in the U.S. when I graduated last year. I hope you will accept it."

"I don't want it," Celeste shook her head and refused immediately, "It's not like we're at that level where we can give each other gifts."

She held on to her principle to never have an ambiguous relationship with any other boy.

For the past four years, she had been pursued by many boys at school, but she had always refused them.

It was because she had Gary in her heart.

Speaking of it, she was ashamed.

She hadn't seen Gary for four years.

There would be a video call every week, but he never did come to London nor return back home.

Over the past four years, she hadn't seen Gary at all.

For the past four years, they had sent emails and had video- calls occasionally. They could meet through the Internet almost every week, but they had never really had any physical contact with each other. It was truly a pity.

"Celeste, this is an apology gift," Liam pleaded, "The incident has been replaying in my mind for years. I really don't know what to do."

"I've never really cared about it," Celeste was also serious. She closed the jewelry box and pushed it towards Liam, insisting, "It's true. Mr. Robinson, you don't need to care about it nor hold on to it. You can take the necklace back. I should leave."
