Seeing as Maria was so anxious, a smile flashed through Ernest's eyes.

Now that he thought about it, Gary must have used Liam's news and photos to make a trade with Maria.

After all, Liam was Maria's idol. Of course Gary would use this to his advantage.

Maria had come to England for Liam Robinson.

Ernest could see clearly now that Celeste never had any thoughts about having a romantic relationship with someone of the opposite gender. However, this had all changed recently. Something must have happened between Celeste and Gary when Ernest was not paying attention. That was why they were flirting with each other.

This was probably fate.

Although he was a little resentful and unhappy, he could still come to terms with this situation.

When Ernest thought of how they had treated him, he couldn't help but want to make fun of them. He wanted Maria to know that he also had his bottom line.

"Can you?" Maria asked anxiously once again, "Take me there, cousin Ernest. You are the best."

"No, your dear cousin Gary is the best," Ernest smiled teasingly.

Maria broke out in a cold sweat instantly and looked at Ernest angrily. Finally, she pouted and said, "You're so mean, Ernest. Are you doing this on purpose?"

"Of course," Ernest admitted it frankly and suggested calmly, "Maria, why don't you ask Gary to take you there?"

Maria clenched her fists and was about to scream at him hysterically.

Ernest raised his eyebrows slightly. A while later, he looked at her and continued, "Have him come to England so you can meet Liam and talk to him. What do you think?" Maria really wanted to swear.

Ernest smiled and leaned back. He looked very relaxed.

Maria was so angry that she couldn't say anything.

Celeste turned her head sideways to look at Maria's angry face. She had overheard their conversation just now and knew that Maria liked Liam. However, she didn't expect Maria to like Liam to this extent. She then turned around and cast a gaze at Ernest, sighing, "Ernest, why are you trying to make Maria anxious?"

Ernest shrugged and smiled, "It's fun."

Celeste suddenly felt that Ernest had changed.

In the past, he would never embarrass someone so much. Now, it seemed that he was not as simple as before.

After thinking for a while, she looked at Maria again and comforted her, "Maria, if Ernest doesn't bring you along after we arrive in England, you can call Gary and ask him to introduce you to your idol." Maria looked at Celeste graciously. She lowered her voice and whispered in her ear, "That's embarrassing. I'm just a fan. Will I be going overboard if I go and look for my idol in such a crazy and fanatic way? If there was someone who could introduce me and bring me along, I wouldn't be so embarrassed."

"Do you really want to get to know Liam that much?" Celeste felt that fangirling over an idol wasn't very typical of Maria, who was a very smart girl.

However, it just so happened that Maria liked Liam very much. Furthermore, she loved fangirling over Liam very much.

"Of course I want to meet him that much," At the very mention of Liam's name, Maria couldn't help blushing.

Celeste then muttered, "If Ernest doesn't help you, I'll help you when we arrive in England."

"You will?" Maria's eyes widened in shock.

Celeste nodded with a serious expression, "Don't worry, I will try my best to help you."

"But how can you help me?"

"We'll figure it out when the time comes," Celeste didn't have much knowledge about this. However, with her aunt's current status in the entertainment circle, it probably wouldn't be difficult for her to meet and befriend Liam.

Maria only considered Celeste's words as words of comfort, so she didn't really take it to heart.

Along the way, whenever she thought about it, she would turn back to look at Ernest. She wanted him to change his mind as bringing her along to see Liam was the most efficient way for her to befriend him. Yet, Ernest seemed to be resting all the time and didn't pay attention to her at all.

Maria was upset. She knew that Ernest was holding a grudge against her and was angry that she had helped Gary but not him.

She was very annoyed. But when she looked at Celeste, she felt that it was not wrong for her to help Gary.

After all, Celeste's personality was more compatible with Gary's.

A few hours later, Maria noticed Ernest's expression of impatience. Hence, she stopped begging him and was direct, "Ernest, did you think that I would beg you to bring me to meet Liam?" Ernest opened his eyes and looked into Maria's eyes. He shook his head and said, "No, I didn't."

"Just wait and see. Without you, I can still meet Liam," Maria seemed to have made up her mind and declared.

She was really angry at Ernest now. He was a mean boy, and she really wanted to beat him up.

"Fangirling won't be a problem at all. With your ability and shamelessness, I have no doubt that you will be able to succeed," Ernest said with a grin.

"You're crazy. You're the one that's shameless," Maria was furious. She glared at Ernest and leaned on the back of her seat angrily, ready to sleep.

She didn't want to pay any attention to Ernest anymore.

Later, Maria fell asleep.

Celeste looked back at Ernest, who was looking at her as well. With a sigh, she said, "Ernest, you used to like helping people. Why are you being so mean towards Maria now?" "Celeste, do you really know me that well?" Ernest shot back.

Celeste was stunned and felt surprised at his response. Finally, she shook her head and said with a smile, "Perhaps I don't really understand you. Everyone has a different side. It's up to you whether you want to help Maria or not."

Ernest didn't say anything.

Celeste also turned around and closed her eyes to rest.

Seven days later.

After Celeste arrived in England, she didn't live close to Ernest and Maria. Instead, she lived in a small apartment that Cindy had bought for her in London.

The apartment was very small and was around fifty square feet. Thankfully, it was big enough to live in.

Moreover, Cindy had also found her a guardian. It was a female friend of hers in England.

Celeste felt that no matter how indifferent Cindy was to her, she still managed to arrange everything well. That included making appropriate arrangements for food, clothing, housing and transportation. Personally, Celeste preferred serenity. Thankfully, her guardian would only disturb her from time to time. She was only responsible for cleaning and for her meal preparations. Apart from that, her guardian would be relatively free for the rest of the time.

Celeste decided to go to a local language school first to adjust to the life and culture there.

Ever since she arrived in England, she hadn't called Gary yet.

Her phone was in the apartment. She had thought about calling him, but she wanted to wait until everything was ready.

One day, Celeste had just finished lunch when she received a call from Cindy.

"Celeste, I have a student in England who majors in art. He will visit you later."

"Aunt, I can't," Celeste refused, "I have to go out this afternoon."

"He's already downstairs. His name is Liam Robinson. You should know what he looks like."

"Liam?" Celeste was dumbfounded, "Aunt, did you say that his name is Liam Robinson?" "Yes, it seems that you are familiar with Liam. He is a famous young man and a national idol. He looks very handsome," Cindy commented, "In the future, the two Of YOU should look out for each other in London."
