Yvonne was dumbstruck.

Yvonne could only use the word "dumbstruck" to describe her current mood. On the contrary, he had a firm grip on her wrist, she couldn't even break free. She looked at the handsome face right in front of her, it was so soul-stirring.

She blinked her eyes and a muddled and shocked expression emerged. His moist lips were slightly opened in front of her eyes.

Zachary's eyes immediately tightened as a hint of danger and turbulence flashed through them.

Yvonne raised her head slightly. Suddenly, she gasped and asked, "What, what did you say?"

Her eyes were filled with confusion.

Zachary's eyes turned cold as he squinted.

D*mn it, her stance and expression were a sight to behold.

Yvonne was still looking at Zachary's beautiful face as if she had been bewitched. S"You are so beautiful, Zachary." She whispered.

As she said that, she reached out and touched his face gently.

Zachary immediately grabbed her naughty little hand.

D*mn it, what was she doing?

They were in public, did she really want to make him lose control right there and then?

However, Yvonne continued to ask, "Zachary, what did you say just now? I don't think I heard you correctly, can you repeat yourself again?"

Good!

Very good!

After Zachary paused for a moment, he suddenly smiled. The corners of his mouth gradually curved into a dangerous and cold smile. He pulled her towards the rack and made her face the entire rack. Yvonne was startled for a while before she regained her senses and realized where she was.

She immediately spoke frantically, "I know, I know. I know where these items are sold now. I'll come here and buy in the future. I heard what you said just now, I was just pulling a prank." Zachary's face darkened.

His body pressed forward and forced Yvonne closer to the rack. Her face was right in front of the shelf, whereas Zachary embraced her from the back. Being stuck in between, Yvonne no longer dared to move. "Can you not do this? We're out in public, I will listen to your every word, besides, it's not as if I'll misbehave, why are you treating me like this? You're making it seem as if we're both indecent people," although Yvonne couldn't move, she still said a lot of things at once.

Zachary was satisfied to hear her breathing rapidly and speaking nervously. Only then he smiled and said, "You have always been indecent. Weren't you making a fuss about wanting to buy these? I'll let you take a few more looks at them then."

"Who was the one who made a fuss?" Yvonne was appalled.

Goodness gracious.

Surprisingly, he was in the mood to joke with her. "You, of course."

His words made Yvonne flabbergasted. Hadn't Zachary not been in the mood to tease her?

However, the way they bickered made her nostalgic as she thought of the moments they spent together seven years ago.

It made her feel nostalgic and regretful at the same time.

"Okay, it was me. I've indeed never seen these items before, or at least never taken a good look at them. I'll buy these in the future, let go of me now," Yvonne began to realize that some people were staring at them.

Indeed, it looked wrong for a man and woman to stand so close to one another while facing a whole rack full of those daily necessities.

To make matters worse, she couldn't move at all, which made her look really submissive.

Zachary did not take it seriously at all nor did he care about the way everyone was staring at them. He whispered in her ear, "Use your brain."

Yvonne was shocked. Since when had she not used her brain?

Why was he saying that?

She raised her chin slightly to the back, trying to see the man's face and expression clearly to figure out why he had said that.

However, the man exerted a little force to prevent her from turning back.

Yvonne pouted and said, "Alright, fine, I'll do that, okay?"

"Don't infatuate," Zachary added on.

Yvonne understood in an instant.

Alright, she had indeed infatuated with him just

now.

She felt guilty.

She lowered her eyes.

Zachary finally let her go.

Yvonne took a peek at Zachary carefully.

He took a few more boxes of those daily necessities. This time, however, the cart was filled to the brim and could no longer contain any more items.

While Yvonne was still in a daze, her hands were suddenly filled with those boxes.

She was about to protest but stopped herself upon feeling his sharp gaze on her. Fine, she would do her best not to provoke him.

As such, she carried many boxes of those daily necessities to the checkout counter.

Consequently, all the people who saw the boxes in her hands looked at her strangely.

Some people even started whispering to each other.

"Wow, do you see that? That woman is holding so many condoms. Is she planning to use them with the tall and handsome man beside her? He's so attractive. How frustrating that she gets to take advantage of him."

"She must definitely be using them with that man. If I were her, I would buy even more and not rest at all. That man is totally a gem."

"He's indeed the best among the best. He's so handsome. See how cool and cold he looks."

Yvonne was at loss for words.

Various emotions brewed in her heart. She bitterly wondered why everyone assumed she was the one taking advantage of Zachary as they stood next to each other. Was she really that bad?

However, when she thought of the fact that she owned this handsome man, she felt excited and all the anger disappeared as well. Instead, she smiled a little.

This caused her to lose focus and almost got knocked over by someone who was walking by.

"Concentrate, woman," Zachary reminded her when he noticed that she almost got knocked down while walking.

"Oh, yeah, I got it," Yvonne nodded, still in a state of shock. She followed Zachary closely behind.

At the counter, there was a long queue. Due to their attractiveness, many people stared at them.

Also because they had purchased too many items, they attracted other people's attention even

more.

Soon, it was their turn to checkout.

Yvonne threw the boxes onto the counter instantly while the cashier scanned the barcodes.

As soon as they noticed what she had thrown, they widened their eyes in shock and sneaked a peek at Zachary.

The man was tall and slender as he stood next to the cart. He didn't even look at anyone else as he was completely focused on Yvonne.

Yvonne was also shocked.

"Uh, excuse me, are the both of you together?" The cashier looked at the items in their cart and asked, "Do you guys want to checkout together?"

Yvonne immediately reacted, "Yes, yes, of course."

The cashier smiled and said, "Well, okay, please pass those items for me to scan."

Yvonne immediately took everything out of the cart and asked the cashier for a shopping bag.

While the cashier was scanning the barcodes, they stole a few glances at her. After everything was categorized into shopping bags, those daily necessities filled up an entire bag.

Yvonne felt that there were probably eighteen boxes, which was a whopping amount for them to purchase.

When they went to the parking lot, Yvonne pushed the cart and looked at the things inside. She muttered in her heart and asked him with a whisper, "You bought so many daily necessities, how long do you plan to take to finish them up?"
