"Who are these two, First Elder?"

The Grandmaster of the Pavilion of Gods and Kings was also a white-haired elder, and he looked very old. If he could not break into the ultimate god status, he could only wait for his death, just like the grandmasters before him.

However, the Vice-Grandmaster looked a lot younger, and he was probably forty or fifty years old. He looked like he was full of life.

The First Elder raised his arms into a fist-to -palm salute. "Grandmaster, this is the first daughter of the second-class Lagorio family, and this is their Eighth Elder. They came bearing news of critical importance, which is why I had to bring them before

you!"

"Really? Tell us then! It's been quite boring lately too. Who knows how interesting their news can get!"

The Grandmaster glanced at Lily, speaking slowly.

Everyone thought that Lily would just spill everything this time.

Yet she raised her arms into a fist-to-palm salute and said, "Greetings, Grandmaster. This news is of utmost importance, and I fear that the first-class families will be furious if they hear that I've revealed this. I can tell you, of course, but..."

The Grandmaster was well-versed with human intentions, and he immediately understood what Lily wanted when he heard her words.

He gave a wan smile. "You will be rewarded, of course," he said. "But it depends if your news is of any value!"

He then paused for a while before continuing, "If your news has no value, not only will you not be rewarded, you will not be able to walk out of the Pavilion of Gods and Kings alive! After all, it's difficult for a second-class family member to even negotiate niceties with us!"

"Do not worry. It is valuable enough. This concerns your ability to break into the ultimate god status, and the news I bring this time is real enough."

Lily smiled and said, "I do not ask for much. I only want five hundred stalks of second-grade intermediate spirited grass, as well as some pills. You are free to give us as many pills as you wish!"

Eldest Miss...

The Eighth Elder was shocked when he heard this. She was too bold, actually daring to lay out those terms. She was overstepping her boundaries, even though the Pavilion of Gods and Kings could certainly fulfill those demands. However, they were lofty and proud. If they were unhappy, they would kill them both. That would be troublesome.

Yet Lily did not seem to care. She looked at the Grandmaster in earnest, as though she had never heard him.

"No problem. Speak now!"

The old man nodded his head after giving it some thought. If he could break into the ultimate god status, it was a small price to pay.

Besides, no one else had brought information like that to them before, while the first daughter of the Lagorio family did. This meant that her family probably lacked martial enhancement materials. Lily was delighted. She then told them everything.

The corners of the Grandmaster's lips curled into a cold smile after he finished listening to her.

"I never thought that the first-class families were so clever. They actually repaired the summoning circle, which showed images and a few cryptic clues. I think we should be able to find something in the Seven Dangers!"

The Grandmaster bobbed his head. "All right, First Elder, take them down and give them the items they requested for," he told the First Elder. "This information is worth the price. Give them fifty first-grade premium pills. If we give any less, they might call me an old miser!"
