The woman was shocked. Alina saw her expression and shook her head.

“Don’t worry. I am not doing something for your pack or the Royal family. I will not hurt your Alpha. I have my own reasons.”

The woman did not know what to say. She was the soon to be Luna. She could not just deny her. The Alpha would be angry at her if she denied her.

So she was confused right now. She cleared her throat and said,

“It’s not easy to become like us. If you learn witch crafts then you will be one of us.”

The woman stared at Alina. She understood the friend she was talking about was no other than the royal witch Chloe’s daughter.

The woman smiled at her. “That witch craft you are talking about was not a simple magic.”

Alina’s eyes widened. “B-Black Magic?”

The woman nodded at her. “Yes, black magic. She did black magic on you and the one she tricked.”

Alice could not believe Crystal did some black magic to push her away from Aaron’s life.

The woman stood up this time and said,

“But we don’t have to do any black magic. We can just create an illusion that will affect all of us for some certain time.

But what black magic does is change people’s mind. They only can see what the witch wanted them to see. They could not forget the illusion and believe it was true until that witch broke her spell.”

“I am very confused with everything. Can you explain clearly?”

“It means that the witch spell bound the people who are saying that you are to blame. You have to break the spell so that they could memorize the truth.

Once you break her spell, everything the people saw that day will come in front of their eyes and minds again, they will see the real truth.”

Alina could not believe that they were actually this type of powerful. They could kill anyone and put the blame on someone else like that.

“You all are very powerful.” Alina said.

“Not more than werewolves. We have the power of magic, but just as I said to you, once you break our spells, we are nothing.”

Alina nodded at her. “Thank you for all of your information. Now tell me, will you help me?”

The woman could not deny her this time. “I have to have to help you, otherwise our Alpha will not let me live here peacefully.”

Alina frowned at her. “Is he that dangerous?”

“No, he is very aggressive. Who does not want to help him or be useful to him. He did not want to stay in his pack. He is actually angry at his father. He did not want to be the head Alpha.”
