Emma gave me a contemptuous side-eye: "He didn't want your baby. He said it was a

monster."

"Ryan told me he hates having sex just to make babies."

specially with an old woman like you - he said it was disgusting! He told me he didn't want that baby, he wanted you to miscarry!"

I lunged at her suddenly, gripping her throat with all my strength.

She couldn't get a word out, only broken screams forcing their way through her throat. Finally, she knew fear.

My whole body trembled, with only one thought: I want to kill them both.

"Autumn, what are you doing!"

Someone forcefully pulled me away.

Emma fell back with a pale face, terrified as she threw herself into the newcomer's arms.

"Ryan, she's gone crazy, Autumn's lost it!"

Ryan frowned at me disapprovingly: "Autumn, I said everything was my fault. If you have

issues, take them out on me. Leave her out of it."

I laughed and cried at once.

He reached to steady me, but I pushed his hand away, looking at him like a stranger:

"You lied to me!"

He paused: "What?"

I didn't want to cry in front of him, but tears poured down like a broken dam, impossible to

stop.

"Is it so hard to admit you fell out of love?"

"You clearly love someone else now, why won't you divorce me?"

"Ryan, I hate you!"

I leaned weakly against the wall, slowly sliding down.

Finally crouching on the floor, sobbing uncontrollably.

Ryan stared at me blankly, then turned with a dark expression: "What did you tell her?"

Emma bit her lip, shaking her head with reddened eyes: "Baby, trust me..."

Ryan remained unmoved, his face grim, voice ice-cold: "Tell me. Now."

Emma had never seen him like this. She stood frozen, not daring to move.

"Baby, I swear, I didn't say anything... I just mentioned her miscarriage and she got like this."

His face went white as realization hit: "You told her about the miscarriage?"

Guilt flashed across Emma's face as she stammered: "She forced me to tell her. I didn't mean to."

"Baby, I'm sorry, don't be angry. The baby will be scared."

Ryan didn't look at her, bending down to try to hold me.

I pushed him away violently: "Get away... Ryan, please, stay away from me!"

Later, James came with people to take me away.

As I left, I spoke with my back to Ryan: "Monday, 10 AM, civil affairs bureau."
