The Diva Of The Wolves -
Chapter 19
When Eva wakes up, she is surprised to see Nicolás sitting on his couch with a cup of coffee and one of his favorite books. Their gazes meet and the brunette leaves aside what he is doing.
-You finally wake up, human.
-What are you doing in my room? "She," she questions.
"I was bored in the witcher's house," she huffs.
-What's so fun about spying on me while I sleep? -She questions.
-Your dreams, -Eva raises her eyebrows and then frowns.
"Stop getting into my head," he rolls his eyes at her.
"Get out of that bed, get dressed in training clothes and I'll prepare your breakfast, I hope you have decent things in your refrigerator," she orders him to get out of there without waiting for a response from her.
The brunette sighs and goes to the shower.
(...)
"This is very good," says the brunette.
"It's not that big of a deal," he makes a gesture with his hand to downplay it.
"It's a strange dish," she murmurs.
-I learned it in Mexico, they call it eggs rancheros.
"I don't understand much about the supernatural world, I thought demons were evil," she blurts out of nowhere.
"There are evil demons," she says. -An example is the one that the Vikings eliminated, -the brunette is surprised because this one has called him what she tells him-They are strong and they are the first supernaturals that I know capable of eliminating one of that category.
-Category?
-That was a level five, it's the highest that has managed to escape, -she comments.
-What level are you?
-I'm a prince.
-So you are the son of Lucifer? -He laughs at what he says.
"That one doesn't exist," the brunette opens her eyes in surprise. -That?
-There are several kingdoms in hell, -she comments -There are those of us who are born to be guardians of the entrances, others are those who guide human souls to their destiny... -What do humans do in hell? "She," she questions, interrupting him.
"Some become demons, others are reborn if those above decide," she murmurs. "It's a complex issue and we're already late."
-One last question, please-she pouts and Nicolás nods-Does God exist? -He questions.
-There is a powerful being, he is a very ancient old man and he has been there since the first creation, he could be considered God for you humans who were created by this being, -he announces. "I understand," after that Eva didn't ask any more questions, since her mind is a mess with all the theories she has organized.
It is difficult for humans to learn that many things they thought existed may not exist or may be dangerous.
(...)
"They worked very well today," Halif announces, looking at the changelings.
"I'm very tired of all this, we haven't achieved anything," reproaches one of the youngest.
"You should put more effort," Hamit says, bothering him with his words.
-More effort?! -She exclaims while his cheeks turn red from the rage that runs through her veins with great intensity-I do everything they say! I end up full of mud! -He shouts angrily.
The boy's eyes turn from brown to green, making the older blonde smile to annoy him more.
"You're like a crybaby," he taunts the snarling boy and shows him his canine teeth.
-Be quiet! -She yells at him.
-What are you going to do? Hit me? -She questions.
She grunts and then falls to the ground screaming from a strong pain that runs through her body, she resists this and screams for help, Halif stands next to her.
"Let it out, don't resist," he whispers in a calm voice.
"It hurts..." she sobs.
"It's because you resist," she murmurs.
The boy concentrates until he lets him out, his body begins to change until he transforms into a brown wolf with a white abdomen with impressive green eyes. The two alphas look at each other as they feel that sense of intertwining, they can't help but create that pack bond.
"Well done, Fer," Hamit communicates over the link, connecting his eyes with the wolf. He feels happy even though his face shows no expression.
And although it was only one of them that has acquired his wolf form, it is a great achievement for both blondes. The new wolf gets up and wobbles like Bambi until he manages to stand his ground, walks and then runs making the group laugh. "This is great progress," Halif comments to the others.
"Good envy of Fernando," Trinity comments.
After the boy returns they share a private conversation with him, since the boy is barely eighteen years old.
-Fer, remember that now you are transformed, it is an uncomfortable process that continues," Hamit warns him.
"I thought that was it," he murmurs.
"No," Halif tells him, "Now your emotions are amplified and even the slightest thing can make you angry, sad and to the point of transforming you like you did today," he reminds him that his transformation was out of anger. -I'll be careful.
"Being careful is not everything," reproaches the older blonde. "And as much as it bothers me to have a child in my house, we invite you to live with us during this first phase until you manage to control yourself completely," he proposes. -And my family? -He questions.
"They'll be safe, I guess you don't want to hurt them," he denies, terrified.
"Good," the blondes nod and leave there towards his house where everyone goes to his room to shower.
When they are showered and dressed, Halif prepares something to eat and they finish in record time to go to the cafeteria where Eva works, they normally receive the looks of people who are not used to their presence in the town, however, the Bogarts They downplay what they think.
"Diva," they speak in unison, surprising her, she turns around and they immediately fix their gaze on the scratch on her cheek.
-What happened? -Hamit questions with his frown, he puts his thumb in his mouth and moistens it with his saliva and then gently rubs it on that scratch that he doesn't take long to heal.
"I was training with Nicolás," she looks from him to where the demon is reading.
-Training?
"He thinks I should defend myself and I still think I have to learn to fight after what happened in the forest," he comments.
"It's no use knowing how to fight," Hamit reproaches. "They are supernatural beings with a lot of strength for a human," he clarifies before the judging look that the brunette gave him for saying that comment. -Be quiet! She yells at him.
-What are you going to do? Hit me? -She questions.
-Hamit is right Eva," the woman just sighs.
-I will continue training, there is no turning back-they cross their arms.
"There's no way I'm going to allow that," the older blonde blurts out.
-What do you think to prevent it? "She," she asks indignantly.
"You're mine," he growls lowly.
"I'm not an object," he reminds her. "Now let me work," he tries to pass by her, but she prevents him, earning a protest from Eva.
-I haven't finished talking.
"Hamit, leave her," the younger blonde asks.
"Listen to your double," murmurs Nicolás, who approached them when he saw the scene they were creating.
"You stay out of it," he growls, showing his canines.
"You scare Eva," he looks at her and relaxes, moves to the side to let her pass and then leaves there angrily. "Forgive him," the younger blonde asks, looking at the brunette with concern. -What happens? "He," he questions, looking at where she went.
"It's a full moon soon," he murmurs.
-What does that mean?
-We'll talk about that later, okay? -He takes her hands and leaves a kiss on her knuckles, Eva sighs and nods.
On the other hand, Hamit walks in his wolf form through the forest, walks to that place where they slept with the moray eel for the first time and lies there listening to the sound of the animals.
Sometimes he can't help but be so possessive and it's understandable because it's the first time he falls in love with someone, he doesn't want her to be hurt, but he also doesn't know how to protect her without her getting angry with him.
He snorts and returns to his human form, walks to the natural pool and enters it, with his ability he heats the water and has not realized that he is being watched.
-I knew they had something special-he opens his eyes that he had closed when he listens to Nicolás.
"What do you want, demon?" -She questions, looking at him with her golden eyes.
"Nothing, I'm just here to warn you that if you treat her badly again, I'll kill you," she warns. Hamit can't help but laugh sarcastically.
-Why do you care? "It's our business," she reminds him.
"Strange as it may seem, I like that human," he comments, causing the blonde's jaw to tense.
"Eva, she already has us," she growls.
Do you only think with your c**k? She questions, rolling her eyes. "I don't like him for what you think...
"Don't get into my head, demon," he growls annoyed and blocks his path.
"Interesting," he murmurs, "You can block me, know I'm in it. What kind of wolf does that?" -He questions.
"That's not your business," she warns.
Anyway, Eva is not of my interest, even though she is a demon I am not that carnal, she interests me as a friend, I feel connected to that human.
-Why are you telling me all this? Aren't you afraid of dying? -She questions.
"I know you won't do anything to me," he comments. "But to avoid conflicts with you, I would like to anchor your ideas to you," he raises his shoulders.
"I hope it's just a friendship," she warns.
It will be, he leaves there and Hamit feels calmer after hearing what he said, he no longer looks at him as a threat and knows that he must apologize to Eva for that scandal.
