Sweet Twins Indulge in Daddy's Love -
Chapter 392 A Man With Something On His Mind
"If you're just going to lie there and play dead, then I'm leaving here on my own," said Jay, as he pretended to stand up and leave. Without uttering a word, Doris continued to pretend to be asleep.
"Waiter, this woman will be treating me for lunch today. I'm leaving and will keep her here. You can deal with her as you please." "No problem, Mr. Fang," the waiter replied calmly.
"Damn it, Jay! What right do you have to leave me all alone here?" Doris scowled at Jay with eyes that looked like a death stare.
Jay bent over to pat the top of her head and said, "Honey, you're the one who said that it's your treat today. Isn't it right that you simply pay for it? Tell me then, what should I be doing?"
"It's not a big deal. At most, this just means that I wouldn't want to go out with you in the future. Besides, at least I always have the baby with me, so I won't have to feel lonely," Doris said softly, rubbing her belly.
She had already eaten a lot, so by now she was feeling really full.
Jay snickered and said, "Well, I know you're not stupid. Waiter, bring me a pen and paper."
"Okay," the waiter said as he passed a pen and paper on his hand.
Jay quickly wrote down these words: 'From now on.
Doris is not allowed to leave home or contact Felix in any way. This is the written evidence.'
When he finished writing down those words, he dragged the paper in front of Doris.
Feeling helpless, Doris didn't have any other choice but to sign her name.
Afterwards, Jay also signed his name and asked the waiter to sign his as well. He needed the waiter as a witness for their contract.
After everything was set and ready, he placed the agreement into his pocket. He then carried her into his arms and brought her into his car to drive them to his villa. When they arrived back home, a group of servants stood by the living room in a row. They lowered their heads apologetically, as if they had made a mistake. "I'll settle the matters with you tomorrow!"
After Jay said that, he walked towards the bedroom, carrying Doris in his arms.
Doris was already drifting into sleep by now, so she didn't notice what Jay said. Neither did she care about the servants who were implicated because of her.
Of course, she hadn't assumed that he would simply fire the servants for such a petty matter.
Besides, these days, it wasn't very easy to hire a servant.
Placing his hands next to her face, Jay stared intently at Doris and softly pecked her on her lips.
Jay just wanted a little taste, but the last thing he expected that Doris would suddenly stretch her arms out and wrap them around his neck. In a soft voice, she muttered, "Felix, don't leave me! Don't go!" Felix? A contemptuous smile appeared on the comer of Jay's lips, but the truth was that he felt an aching bitterness bursting from the seams of his heart.
So he bent closer to her again and bit her lips hard.
For the first time in their marriage, Doris didn't pull away and struggle. Instead, she pushed her body closer to him and even catered to him.
The more time that went by, Jay's consciousness was slowly weighing down on him. He knew that at this moment, Doris didn't regard him as himself, but as Felix.
The more these thoughts cluttered in his mind, the more he felt a hallowing sadness overwhelm him.
Therefore, he thought it would be best to take revenge on Doris, so he bit her hard.
What infuriated him even more was the fact that Doris didn't even seem to evade him.
In her sleep, Doris was even smiling like a little child and said, "Felix, could you just hurry up please?"
Her delicate voice only pushed Jay to the brink of insanity. He could no longer endure the crazy amount of jealousy that was stinging his heart. Everything seemed to be going out of his control. At this point, Jay's only concern was to find a way to monopolize his place in Doris' heart. "Hmm... It hurts!" The intoxicated woman grunted and frowned.
Jay lowered her head towards her ear and slowly whispered, "Doris, tell me. What is my name?"
In any case that she refused, he simply wouldn't go on.
However, by this time, Doris was just too plastered and immersed in her daydream. She twisted and groaned and said, "Come on, Felix. I want more." She pouted and frowned like a little child asking for candies.
It was rare for Jay to see Doris acting so charming and lovely, so he said, "Doris, just don't blame me. Do you understand?"
"Of course not, Felix. I would never blame you!" Doris pushed herself even closer so he could lay her head on his warm chest.
Even though Jay was feeling extremely uncomfortable at this point, Doris had already ignited a burning desire.
Suddenly, he cursed, 'Doris is mine. She could only be mind. Felix can just go to hell!'
Just before Jay could make a move on her, he suddenly felt a movement coming from Doris' belly.
It seemed as though the baby was protesting his actions.
Just as he came back into his senses, he chose to turn around and leave. "Damn it! What am I doing?"
he cursed before he walked into the bathroom. He took a quick shower, changed into his pajamas and went into the balcony to look through his mobile phone.
He just wanted to find a way for him to forget about Felix's existence.
Now, he couldn't even deceive himself because of the words he heard coming from Doris' mouth.
It seemed that Felix was the man that Doris truly cared about.
He vaguely remembered that the first time he had sex with Doris, there wasn't any blood.
'Was it because she had been with Felix in the past?
Or... Was it someone else?'
All these doubts were cluttering his mind, so Jay thought to give Hanson a call.
"Mr. Fang?" Hanson was confused why he would call at that time, so he asked with caution.
"I need you to do a background check on Doris. I need to know what happened in her past. I also need you to investigate on a man named Samuel Liang."
"Yes, Mr. Fang."
"Report to me as soon as possible."
"Yes, sir!"
When he finished saying that, Jay desolately looked at the view outside with his deep, brooding eyes. He lit a cigar and took a few puffs, but he could no longer find the taste he was looking for. Still feeling annoyed at everything that had happened, he decided to go to the wine cellar and poured himself some red wine.
After consecutively having himself several glasses of wine, it seemed as though he couldn't relieve himself of the distress. In fact, it was like he was tormented even more.
He was never the kind of man who would have a thought lingering in his mind for so long.
By the time Doris woke up, it was already dusk.
"Huh..." The moment she moved, she felt a sharp pain throbbing on her lip. She touched it gently with her finger and asked, "What happened?"
"Are you up?" Finding Jay standing on the end of the bed, Doris suddenly shook as she was taken aback.
When she touched her body, she realized that she wasn't even wearing any clothes. The thought of this drove her insane. She was pregnant and had a baby in her belly. Could it really be that the child was Jay's?
If he was truly the father of the child, then he wouldn't have done such a crazy thing with her. A father would care enough to know that it would be dangerous for the child. Even if he didn't truly want to be responsible for her, at least he could have thought about the baby.
It was apparent that Jay was an irresponsible, rubbish man.
"Jay, you bastard!" Doris screamed at the top of her lungs.
"Hmm..." It was peculiar that Jay's voice was surprisingly calm.
"Jay, why would you do that to me? Why?" Her eyes were wide open from shock; she was completely mortified. Doris looked up to the ceiling, with tears flowing down her cheeks.
Jay snickered and said, "We're a couple. Why would you say that?"
When Doris heard this, she was even more irritated by the man in front of him. "You bastard! Jay, tell me, are you always taking advantage of me like this? You do realize that I am pregnant, right? You're a wicked person!"
"Pregnant? I'm sorry, but I really can't see it." After this, Jay bent over and stared at her straight in her eyes. "Doris, what is it that you want me to do? What do you think about me apologizing to you publicly to the newspaper reporters? Or would you prefer it to be broadcasted on live television?"
"Shame on you!" Doris gnashed her teeth together in outrage.
"Whatever," said Jay in an aloof manner, while he shrugged, seemingly unconcerned.
