"Wow, really?" Sabrina was extraordinarily happy when she heard that.

"But Sabrina..." Ruth broke into tears. "You're the one who let me live. You're the one who gave me my life. Only you and Yvonne are the best to me in the entire world..."

Sabrina smiled. "I saved you, but that's because I want you to live your life well and live for yourself. Don't cry anymore! It's not for the baby when the pregnant lady cries!"

Ruth nodded her head. "Mm-hmm. I do as you say."

"We won't be able to spend the end of this year together. After the year is over and after everything has been settled on my end, I will bring my children and my husband to go up north to Kidon city to attend your wedding. It so happens that Aino will be on a holiday as well so our entire family can go over," Sabrina smiled and said.

"Alright! That's a must! If you and Yvonne are not at my wedding, I will certainly cry myself to death!"

"Don't worry! We absolutely will be there!" said Sabrina.

"Mm-hmm!"

"I'm hanging up now. Bye."

"Bye, Sabrina."

After she hung up the call, Sabrina's heart was filled with a mixed feeling. She truly felt very happy for Ruth. That girl had been through so much. She was abandoned by her parents and was a hair's breadth away from death. However, everything had finally come to fruition for her. How great.

But, what about Sabrina herself? She also had been a hair's breadth away from death and had been on the run for six years. The thing she fantasized about the most growing up was to have a wedding. However, she and Sebastian did not even have a proper wedding so far. While thinking about that, she could not help but feel sorrowful.

She sat on the balcony without moving a muscle until the night had fallen. It so happened that Aunt Lewis and Aunt Tianna had followed Sebastian, Kingston, and a few people out taking Aino and Louie to play their hearts out that day, so other than Sabrina, nobody else was home. Sebastian gave Sabrina a call, but she was so engrossed in her own thoughts that she did not hear it.

Sebastian and everyone else had dinner before they returned home and they brought takeout back for Sabrina. When they returned home, the house was in pitch-black darkness, and not even a single light was switched on. As soon as Sebastian entered the house, he noticed that something was not right. Sabrina, on the other hand, forced a smile and she just forced herself to maintain that smile in front of the two children. The children did not notice anything, but it was incomparably obvious to Sebastian.

When it was time to take a rest at night, the man deliberately brought out a basin of water to wash her feet and gently placed her feet in them. Only then did the man ask her, "Tell me, what's the matter with you today? What happened?"

Sabrina smiled gently at Sebastian. "Nothing."

"You and I are already like an old married couple. How come you've learned to keep things from me? You have to tell me everything and I'll resolve it for you."
