Chapter 1990

Hearing Aino calling for him, Sebastian suddenly got up and wanted to rush into the delivery room. The door to the room was still tightly closed. With his heart in his mouth, he held his six-year-old daughter's hand and both of them were peering inside the room through the gap between the doorway, but they could not see anything at all.

Shortly after that, the door to the delivery room was opened.

The midwife came out witha small baby. " Congratulations, Mister Ford. It's a little prince."

A little prince? It was a boy? 4

"My mom gave me a little brother?" Aino was so happy that she cried. 1

At that moment, Sabrina was wheeled out. Her face was as white as a sheet, her hair was drenched in sweat.

Sabrina called out weakly. "Sebastian..."

Sebastian did not pick up the child, and he did not even glance at the child. He bent and lowered his body to wrap both his hands around Sabrina. "It must have been hard on you. You've done a great job, baby. Let's not have another child anymore. Let's not have another one anymore..."

The nurses next to them were envious of Sabrina.

That was the first time they had seen a man who actually did not want his wife to have another baby because he felt sorry for her. 2

The six-year-old child was pushing her stroller with her younger brother in it behind Sebastian. Her brother's skin was pink, and it was soft and supple. One of the little boy's eyes was opened while the other was shut, and both of his small fists were very tightly clenched. Aino stretched out her small hand to compare and learned that her brother's little face was only as big as her palm. His little face was chubby and her little pouty lips were like a small bean. Aino laughed as she looked at him.

"Hahaha! Is this my brother? My own brother?" Aino murmured as she pushed the stroller.

When they arrived in the corridor, they saw the group of friends and family who were waiting outside.

"She is out! She is out! Sabrina has given birth?" The first person to rush in was Gloria. As the grandma, she saw her eldest grandchild pushing her youngest grandchild over, so she rushed over with big strides and bent over to look at the newborn baby. 1

"Grandma, this is my brother!" Aino raised her head.

All the other friends and family also gathered over. Some checked on Sabrina's condition, and some looked at the baby. Jane, in particular, who had just given birth not long ago, knew the process of a woman giving birth the best, which was just like being a hair's breadth away from death. Therefore, just like Sebastian, she leaned over and looked at Sabrina while feeling sorry for her.

"Sabrina, it's good as long as you're safe," said Jane gently.

Sabrina did not have the strength to raise her head, so she just said weakly, "Jane, we...we have all pulled through."

"Mm-hmm! It will all get better later on." Jane nodded with a smile.

After the doctor gave Sabrina her drips, the others left. All that was left in the ward was the family of four. 3

The baby was sleeping soundly and was right by his mother's side. Sebastian and Aino were sitting side by side on the other side of Sabrina. The moment that the family of four had truly reunited was unexpected in the hospital ward, while Sebastian and Aino were looking at Sabrina, Sabrina was also looking at them. At one moment, she touched Sebastian's blackish green stubbles, and at the next moment, she touched Aino's little cheeks. No words were spoken among the three of them, but all three of their hearts felt so warm that they were about to melt.

"This is not a dream?" Sabrina asked again weakly.

"Mom, pinch me. Pinch me." Aino leaned closer to her mother to let her mother pinch her cheeks hard.
