Revenge Of The Billionaire Girl
Chapter 58 All the Lanes Deserve to Die

Lawrence and Nova were dumbfounded upon hearing her words.

Bard darted a glance at her, "Who do you think you are?"

Olivia coaxed him, "Mr. Lawson, those things were not done by Emilia. She was too softhearted to do such things. She even fears killing an ant."

As she spoke, she looked at Lawrence and Nova.

Nova immediately understood what Olivia meant. She admitted the crime, "Mr. Lawson, it was all my fault. I did it."

Bard narrowed his gaze at her.

Olivia echoed, "Exactly. My older sister did it. She was too angry, so her mind was a mess. Sophia Lawson has harmed Emilia many times, so my older sister is too angry. She did it to avenge Emilia. It's all our fault. Besides, if you want us to apologize to Sophia Lawson..."

Before she finished her words, Bard sneered at Nova, "Did you do it?"

Nova bowed her head to avoid his gaze, "Yes, I did it."

"OK. Since you did it, come with me." Bard gripped her wrist.

Emilia and Lawrence wanted to follow, but Olivia stopped them.

Bard took Nova away, and Lawrence panicked.

Olivia warned him, "Haven't I told you not to do anything without my instructions? Bard Lawson came to your house. I wonder why he helps Sophia Lawson, but if Nova admits it, you'd better keep the secret. You all will go to jail if you dare to expose it."

Upon hearing her warning, the two buttoned their lips.

"I'll try my best to rescue my sister."

With those words, Olivia left.

Soon, Sophia knew Nova had been taken to the police station. Helena and Chloe also learned it soon.

Chloe messaged in the group chat, "Holy shit! Your brother reacted so quickly. I've never seen him so decisive before."

Helena replied, "Well, he usually solved problems violently. I didn't expect him to solve it by law."

Chloe continued, "The Lanes are so bold. They wanted to harm Sophia many times. Emilia Lane's mother stood out o admit the crimes. That's too unfair."

Helena reminded her, "They have someone wise to teach them. However, all the Lanes will have their karma soon."

Chloe agreed, "Well said. All the Lanes deserve to die!"

They chatted happily, but Sophia didn't reply anything. After watching their conversation for a while, Bard returned home.

His playful smile returned on his face. "I've solved the trouble for you, Sophia."

Sophia looked at him in silence.

Bard stroked his cheeks. "Why do you give me that look? What's wrong with my face?"

"Bard, I can tell you've used a different way to solve problems than usual."

Bard replied angrily, "How could this matter be compared to other things? In the past, it wasn't severe. Those guys picked on you, so I fought those guys. This time it is different. The Lanes wanted to end your life. How could I let go of them?" "How did you find the evidence?"

"Mia has it, doesn't she? Sophia, do you think I'm a good-for-nothing? You guys are too outstanding, so I don't have to be the same. Otherwise, others will be jealous of our Lawson family." Sophia chuckled. She realized that Bard wasn't incompetent. However, he had no desire and was happy with who he was.

"I see, Bard. I know you are the best!"

"Don't mention it, silly girl. I'm your brother. Well, Emilia's mother admitted all the crimes. I'm still upset. I failed to end the Lane family."

"It's OK, Bard. Be patient. The Lane family will break down sooner or later."

Bard nodded. He believed his younger sister would send the Lane family to Hell sooner or later.

...

As Olivia suggested, Emilia went to Riley Manor to complain to the Old Riley.

"My mother has never done those things, Grandpa. Bard Lawson used his family's power and forced her to admit crimes. They've gone too far. How could they harm my mother this way?"

"I know they've done it because of me. I'm close to Drake, so Sophia Lawson wishes to kill me. Grandpa, please help me rescue my mother."

The Old Riley didn't respond, sitting motionlessly.

He wasn't like this in the past, and the difference made Emilia nervous. She glanced at him secretly, wondering what to do next.

Before Olivia echoed, the Old Riley asked, "Are you sure this matter has nothing to do with your mother?" Emilia was startled.

Olivia also noticed the Old Riley was different than before. She hurriedly explained, "Dad, you should know what kind of woman my sister is. How could she have done those things?" "Are you sure the Lane family's financial status is fine?" the Old Riley asked instead of answering her.

Olivia was startled. Soon, she returned to her senses and answered, "Of course! Nothing has happened to them. Dad, did you hear any rumors again?"

The Old Riley darted a glance at her without remarking.

Olivia and Emilia exchanged a glance, both feeling uneasy.

Cunning as Olivia was, she chuckled, "Dad, you can't believe in rumors. The Lane family doesn't have any financial trouble. Besides, Emilia isn't Drake's fiancee any longer. Why would the Lane family have harmed Sophia Lawson?" The Old Riley narrowed his gaze slightly.

Olivia could tell it was not easy to fool him as before.

Emilia was about to complain again. A man entered the house.

"Who let her in? What did I tell you earlier? Have you all forgotten?"

Emilia stiffened. She hurriedly explained, "Drake, I didn't want to enter here. My family is in trouble. I want to ask Grandpa for help."

Drake knew what trouble she referred to and snorted, "Think the policemen will wrong a good person?"

Before Emilia replied, Drake added, "The investigation techniques are developed now. How could the police have wronged a person so easily? Are you stupid or think they are fools?"

His words rendered Emilia wordless. She was taken aback.

"Besides..." Drake didn't give her or Olivia any chance to retort. "Emilia Lane, if you don't think your mother has done those things, did you do them instead?"
