Chapter 44

Gabi’s POV

I finish my story and I can tell how upset Tanner was for me. When he was k!ssing me on the shoulder as I told him, it really actually helped to comfort me more than he knows. I feel him lying behind me and I like breathing his scent in, it does calm me, and Tala is excited that we have Tanner and Rafe here to protect us.

She said that when Derek was in the room earlier, Hunter, Derek’s wolf, warned her that Derek would be coming back in the night, because he wanted to take me before Tanner could.

That was very upsetting to hear, and Tanner didn’t even know how accurate he was about the fact that Derek was just going to get bolder and angrier with each rejection I gave him.

It might not be a bad idea for Tanner to get to be an “honorary” member of the team, just for this one training session, because between Monty, Derek, and Jack, I will NOT be safe at Red River.

I felt Tanner move back from me a little and then he leaned over me and asked me to lay down on my back for him. I laid on my back and looked at him with a frown as to why he needed me to do that. Tanner laid back next to me and then started giving me k!sses that got progressively longer and hotter.

I have my arms wrapped around his neck and I am trying very hard not to m0an as that would totally wake Luna Liz up. I can hear her slightly snoring in her bed, and she is about 10 feet from us as we had one of the bigger suites.

“No, it isn’t, I will be right back and then I ran for the bathroom quietly. I get my used towel out of the hamper and go back to bed. I laid the towel down next to him on the bed and I sat down on the bed and faced him and told him, “Take your p*nts off”. Tanner shakes his head no and again tells me, “You don’t have to, it will be alright”.

“No, it won’t. We are going to leave tomorrow and who knows when we will get to see each other again? It could be a little while. I would like us to mark each other today before we have to leave if you are OK with it?” I told him and he looked surprised and happy with my request.

Tanner nodded and said, “I very much want to mark you Gabi, and I will want your mark as well. That way everyone will know that we are taken”.

Tanner gets off the bed and pulls his sweatp*nts off, and I was a little taken aback by the size of his d!ck. Tanner sees my look of . surprise and he laughs lowly and says, “That was why I was OK with you waiting until you got more used to it”.

“No, I just don’t know exactly what I am doing, but I am going to try. Just tell me what I need to do for it to feel good for you Tanner. There is no way in the world I am missing out on marking you tomorrow. It will be my pleasure to make sure every man knows that you are off-limits to them, from now on. I look forward to being marked myself, as you and Tala are it for me”.
