Chapter 1577:

The driver should have stopped after such a plea, but instead he seemed even more irritated. “If you pay the fine, what about the points? Do you think you can help me with that? “Losing points is a big hassle.”
“I…” Callie tried to say something, but the driver interrupted her impatiently. “I only have one point left. If I lose it, I'll have to take the test again. I've worked hard, I've paid a lot of fines, and the cost of taking the test again is thousands of dollars. Can you pay for it?”
Callie was speechless. She didn't want to lose thousands of dollars. "So please stop the car when it's convenient," she compromised and said.
As they drove, Callie's phone ranged once from under the seat, but she couldn't answer it. Still, it was a small relief to know that someone was trying to get in touch with her. She hoped that the driver, aware that someone was waiting for her, would act more reasonably.
As they continued, Callie noticed that the driver had turned off the navigator on her phone. The alarm went off in her mind. “Sir, is this the right route?” she asked, trying to appear calm.
"Of course," the driver replied curtly.
“I don't think this is the right place,” Callie said, remembering the map on her phone. The area was much more deserted than she remembered, there were no other cars. It was eerie.
“Sir, could you please activate the navigator I sent you? “I want to check the route,” Callie said quickly.
“You're really bothering me!” The driver glared at her. “I can drive this route with my eyes closed. My house is close by and I know it a hundred times better than you do. “I know the quickest route.”
Callie wanted to argue, but the driver's fierce expression silenced her. She sat in silence, praying that the driver was not a bad person and that she would see her father soon.
Despite the driver's assurances, Callie's surroundings were becoming increasingly uneasy. Her father wouldn't have chosen such a deserted place, would he? He knew she was shy and he would never want her to feel that afraid.
After a while, the driver stopped. “Miss, aren’t you going to pick up the phone?” I have asked.
Callie noticed that he was still looking at her in a way that made her uncomfortable. “Sir, could you help me get it?” she asked nervously.
“Help you pick it up?” The driver seemed to understand its reluctance and agreed. “Okay.” He crouched down, apparently trying to reach under the seat. After a moment, I straightened up. “Sorry, miss, my arms are too thick. I can't reach your phone. You’ll have to get it yourself.”
Just then, Callie's phone rang again, probably her father calling. She had no choice but to get out of the car.
As Callie approached the front of the car, the driver sat there, showing no signs of moving. Callie asked quietly, "Sir, could you please move a little?"
The driver replied mockingly: “Move? Where should I move? “There is plenty of room for you to manage.”
Unbeknownst to Callie, her delicate, innocent appearance ignited something dark inside the driver. He had a thing for fragile, kind girls, and Callie's soft, shaky voice unwittingly turned him on.
Callie wasn't aware of her thoughts. All she knew was that her phone kept ringing under the seat, possibly her anxious father trying to get in touch with her. Frightened, Callie wanted nothing more than to get her phone back and get in touch with her father. Finding no other way, she crouched down next to the car and reached under the seat, but couldn't reach the phone.
As he hesitated, the driver said coldly, "You have to go inside to get it. You won't reach it from outside."
Fearful, Callie knew she couldn't get into the car, as she would have to kneel uncomfortably close to him. Even with boundless courage, she wouldn't dare.
