Chapter 45

David's P.O.V

After Asher went to his room Alpha Gabriel and Beta Levi only stayed for another five minutes because they had come here in such a rush they had left all the important work they had to do, ruining their schedules. In those last five minutes they both instructed Leo and I not to drink so much alcohol and to remain alert. They also told us that if we didn't pick up the phone next time that we would be punished severely.

As soon as both of them left Leo and I stood up, sighing and went back to our respective couches to lie down again.

"Oh god, I never thought that Alpha Gabriel and dad would just show up here like that. Seeing them both furious like that as soon as I woke up was the most terrifying thing ever for me." Leo admitted, stretching his arms and legs while yawning.

"It was worse for me or have you forgotten that he used his Alpha tone on me when I was sleeping? I was petrified, at first I thought that I was dreaming," I complained, letting the annoyance I felt show in my voice, but Leo only laughed at me.

"Well this morning has been great for me as we got to see our elders and they actually made my day when they shared their stories and advice with us. It's also great that Asher and I don't have to hide the fact that we drink anymore. What do you say?" Leo asked, smiling.

"Yes, you are right, but not completely right because I don't think that this morning is going to be great for Asher," I replied as Leo looked at me confused. He sat up on the couch, looking at me while I was using my phone.

"What do you mean? Why would you say something like that?" Leo asked, raising his eyebrow at me,I immediately showed him my phone, but not before sending the message to Asher so that he would also know what was going on. Leo's eyes widened, that was when we heard a loud bang coming from upstairs, like someone threw something on the floor.

My eyes looked up at the ceiling to Asher's room, he was the one who had released his anger after reading what I sent him. It was clear that he had read the message and looked at the school page.

"Now he will go even more insane. Why the f**k are things rapidly chanigng like that? I just want to kill that fucker lan!!!" Leo angrily growled, the next thing we heard were more loud sounds from his room. It sounded like he punched the mirror. Leo and I were just sitting on the sofa as it was not good to enter his room right now or he was going to make our faces his punching bag.

"You are here for Asher so I think I should go. I need to see Victoria," I recommend taking a deep breath. Again I heard that Asher destroyed something in his room.

"Yes you are right. I will handle everything here as usual. Please go," Leo replied, I just nodded my head. Getting up from the couch I put my phone back in my pocket. I looked back to Asher's room one last time and left the house. I believe that Leo would handle him. As soon as my car was parked in front of my bungalow my heart was beating incredibly fast, it was due to fear. I had not been back to the house all night, I did not know how Victoria would react when she saw me.

Well I did not think that she would talk to me after all the horrible s**t I said to her. Walking inside the house the only thing my eyes were searching for was her. Following her scent I entered the kitchen and saw her making breakfast. I knew that she knew I was here, but as I entered the kitchen she didn't turn around to look at me, she just put on her apron and continued working on an egg wrap.

I quickly sat at the dining table, waiting for her to finish. After a few minutes she came out with a plate of breakfast, placing it in front of me. She did not look at me even once. She had made everything just the way I liked it, but I noticed that she had only made one plate. She just walked inside our room without saying anything and without having any food.

This means that even though she was angry she still made me breakfast, but I didn't eat anything and just looked at the plate. How can she think that I would eat anything when she wasn't going to eat? I could feel her melancholy when she placed the plate in front of me, her heart was full of sorrow, and her eyes looked swollen. She had cried all night and I was the one that had created all of this s**t when everything was just starting to get better between us.

The same sadness and sorrow that was inside my heart increased when I felt her pain and saw her like that. I got up from the table, walked straight to the bedroom after her, to see that she was sitting in front of the mirror doing her hair, like she was going somewhere. I stood behind her watching her face through the mirror, but she still did not look at me.

"Victoria, where are you going?" I softly asked, getting closer to her touching her back with my chest.

"I am going to school." Victoria replied, putting her ring back on her finger. I wrapped my arms around her waist from behind as she continued to do what she was doing, she didn't even react from my touch.

"Today is Sunday, Victoria. Why are you trying to run away from me?" I quietly inquired of her, placing my head on her shoulder, I heard her let out a silent cry. Her tears were rolling down her cheeks as I turned her face towards mine, but she still wouldn't look at

me.

"Why are you crying?" I asked, placing my finger under her beautiful chin lifting her head, as her thin red lips parted.

"Did you...did you go to...another woman?" Victoria wondered with a sob, thinking that I really went to another woman because I didn't come home last night.

"No, I didn't and I never will. I just said that out of anger. I'm so sorry for that," I apologized, wiping her tears away. She finally looked up at me.

"I'm sorry too, I wasn't aware that George was going to kiss me. It was all my fault, I'm sorry," Victoria whimpered. I smiled, leaving a kiss on her nose that was red due to all the crying she had done.

"No, it wasn't. I was wrong, I am the one who always does wrong by you and to you. I was the one who rejected you and played with your emotions. You were always honest with me. I promise that I will never hurt you ever again," I vowed as she looked at me in shock.

"What do you mean?" Victoria asked while I hugged her tightly.

"Let's start from the beginning, let's forget everything and just start over," I begged.I felt her emotions turn from sadness to happiness. I knew she was smiling even though I couldn't see her face. She hugged me back and nodded.

"I love you." I said, holding on to her even tighter.

Asher's P.O.V

"Please let me drive," Leo pleaded for what seemed like the fiftieth time. Other than the sound of the other cars on the road and the horns honking the only other sound to be heard was Leo's begging, but I had continuously ignored him.

"I can drive," I sternly and finally replied to him, increasing my speed even more. Leo's finger was going into overdrive as they flew across the keyboard on his phone. I knew that he was messaging David, thinking that together they could stop me, but I wouldn't hear a f*****g word from anyone at this point.

"Can you at least slow down? It has been twenty five minutes and so far you have broken every single law for traffic and signals, we are going to get into an accident," Leo argued, but I just ignored him again and increased my speed further still. I wanted to reach the pack as soon as possible and nothing was going to stop me.

Flashback....

I was in my room when David messaged me, then I saw that it was an article on the school page, but as soon as I opened it up I saw that it was about Bella and lan. This article was written by the gossipy girls of the school, who are aware of every bit of news, big or little and the news is always true, as if there is a stone streak.

The hottest news of today was written in big letters, instantly drawing my attention to it. BELLA AND IAN ARE GOING ON A DATE!!!

First of all my mind exploded as soon as I read the words BELLA AND IAN, it then exploded again when I read the word DATE. Was this her meaning of move on?

"I have moved on with my life too." I said out loud, remembering the exact words that Bella had said to me in school, but I couldn't understand anything. Why did she say that I have moved on with my life with Jessica? It didn't make any sense, why would she think that? Why would she think I have moved on with Jessica? I was deep in thought, trying to dig through my mind and figure out why.

"LEO!!!" I shouted, seconds later he appeared in the doorway to my room.

"Yes," Leo replied, sounding panicked, not understanding the situation.

"Do you have Lily's phone number?" I asked and he nodded. He gave me his phone, but I dialled her number on my phone, knowing that she wouldn't answer his call because everything was not okay between them. When she answered the call learning it was me she gasped, I could hear the fear in her voice as she had never expected that I would ever be calling her.

I asked her if she knew anything about what Bella meant when she talked about Jessica and me. First she was hesitant to answer, telling me that it was between her and Bella, it was a matter of their friendship, but then she realised that it was also important for me to know too.

"Jessica texted Bella pictures of you two. You two were kissing while she was lying naked on top of you. It proved to Bella that you had moved on and were now with Jessica, leaving Bella behind," Lily revealed. After hearing that I could not hold in my fury any longer. I decided to go to the pack to personally deal with this. Jessica had requested more time from my father, he had granted her a extra two days so that she could spend time with her family, her father.

Flashback ends.....

Normally it's either Leo or David that drives for me, but today I was driving which worried Leo a lot. After half an hour of driving I finally pulled up in front of the pack house.

"JESSICA!!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs, using my Alpha tone to make her come out. Father hadn't returned to the pack yet, but Beta Levi was here. Jessica came running out of the pack house, as soon as she saw my face she flinched.

"Ash...Asher..." Jessica started, but could not complete her words as I had grabbed a handful of her hair. I moved my other hand to her neck, clutched it tightly, digging my claws into her skin making her scream in pain. All of the other pack members came rushing out of the pack house, including her father.

"Asher, what's wrong?" Beta Levi asked in alarm not understanding anything. Her father was also looking helpless, but could not say anything.

"Alpha...please forgive my daughter...I do not know what she has done, but please...do not kill her...I beg you," Jessica's father begged me. She was trying to breathe in my hold as I strangled her.

"YOUR DAUGHTER HAS COMMITTED A CRIME!! NO SHE HAS COMMITTED A SIN!! HER DOINGS HAVE f****d UP EVERYTHING BETWEEN ME AND MY MATE!! SHE IS NOW MOVING ON WITH HER LIFE, FORGETTING ME AND IT ALL HAPPENED BECAUSE OF YOUR SLUT DAUGHTER!!!" I yelled at her father, his jaw dropped at my words.

"JESSICA!! WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO!!!?" Beta Levi angrily shouted. She began to cry even more when I dug my claws deeper into her neck, causing her to bleed.

"Now there is only one punishment suitable for this slut!" I concluded, ready to declare her punishment.

"Asher..." Jessica again tried to beg.

"She is fond of getting naked and sending her nude photos to others, so from now on she is the w***e of this pack," I announced, throwing her on the floor. Her father looked horrified, but I was still burning with rage.

"JUST REMEMBER, JESSICA!! IF I LOSE BELLA BECAUSE OF YOU THEN I WILL BURN YOU ALIVE IN THE SAME BED WHERE YOU PLANNED EVERYTHING!!!" I swore, she was crying in fear. Her father walked over to her, she must have thought he was going to help her, but instead he slapped her hard across the face after hearing what she had done.

"What is going on here?" My dad asked as he pulled up, I saw that he had flowers in his hand, which could only mean that he was going to see mom, like he does every day.

"I am going back dad. I will call you later," I told him, running away from the pack house as it was already evening. I knew now dad would handle the matter and that Beta Levi would tell him everything. Leo jumped in the driver seat before I could, saying that now he would drive.

I was far away from the city and it was already nine at night. Bella was going out with lan on a date, but thankfully through the page I also came to know that he was taking her to the club. I was going crazy thinking of her with him. What would I do if he did something to her? I could not lose her. I was still too far away from the city.

"Leo, stop the car," I ordered, he quickly did. He parked beside a road, I got out of the car, pulling my phone from my pocket. I ran my finger on the screen where Bella's number was visible.

Bella's P.O.V

"What is going on between Leo and you?" I asked, raising my eyebrows and tried to read Lily's face. She was silent for five seconds before saying anything, but her heart was beating faster at simply hearing Leo's name.

"I also do not know. A few days ago I saw him surrounded by many girls at school and he ignored me. He won't even look at me, He won't even be in the same room as me. I just think that..." Lily stopped there, I could tell that she was despondent over the whole situation. I felt her emotions that were going up and down. She was sad. She was in pain but she was hiding deep.

"What?" I asked, trying to urge her to continue, but she just smiled.

"He just forgot me like my family. The day we kissed I thought that he had feelings for me. His words made me believe that he would never leave me. His eyes told me that he loved me, but everything changed. It was all in my head. I knew that I should not have fallen for him. He is the first man in my life, but I think I got dumped," Lily professed. I saw her shaking hands that were revealing her real emotions. She wanted Leo's love. She loves him.

"Maybe you are wrong Lily," I countered, she looked at me.

"Why do you think so?" She questioned.

"Ask yourself. Maybe this time you are the one who dumped him or you are the one who has hurt him unknowingly," I argued, she blinked her eyes thinking about what I said.

"Hope you will do everything well," I nudged her with a little smile, continuing what I was doing. I want to give her time to think and make her own decision. Half an hour had passed and we were still talking about many things. We had exams coming soon. I could not believe that I had a final exam in the next two days and I was here!

"Are you sure you want to go on a date with lan?" Lily asked me, I couldn't help but roll my eyes.

"How many times do I need to tell you that it is not a date? He just asked me to hang out with him. That's all," I replied. Upon hearing me she just smirked, putting her phone in front of my eyes.

"But rumors are saying something else," She teased, showing me the school page as my eyes nearly popped out.

"What kind of s**t is this?! Who the hell posted that I am going on a date?" I inquired, as lan had almost begged me, making a dead zombie face when I refused. When I said yes then someone spread these rumours! What the! Lily rolled her eyes at me.

"Every normal person who has a brain will think that you are going on a date with him because it is really a date! Just wake up and read the writing on the wall! It doesn't matter whether you accept it or not. His intentions toward you are not friendly, rather he is hitting on you. He likes you as a man. No one knows that better than you," Lily stressed, I just shook my head, choosing not to reply.

I picked up another dress to wear and its color was red which I liked. I was in the shopping mall and doing some shopping for clubbing as I do not have decent clothes for the club, but I also do not shop too much, so I was feeling good. I dragged Lily with me. "Are you really moving on from Asher?" Lily suddenly asked.

"I have moved on," I replied without giving it a second thought.

"BUT I HAVE NOT MOVED ON!! HE IS OUR MATE!! IT IS NOT EASY TO MOVE ON AND I NEVER AGREED!!" Lena shouted in my mind, but I just ignored her.

"Won't you regret it?" She asked, holding tension in her words that made me look at her.

"When he is not regretting it? When he has moved on? Why should I be stuck on his love? This one sided love is only hurting me like hell. It is not easy for me, but I am doing it. I am doing it for myself because in my life there is no one who would be with me. when I need them. Not even my mate. He loathes me, but more than him, I am starting to loathe myself as well," I confided, holding in my grief as I sat on one of the benches.

"Ok I am sorry. Now I will not bring this matter up again. I just know that you love him, but you are going with lan in order to forget Asher? Do you think you are being fair to yourself?" Lily inquired, placing her hand on my palm.

"Will you be able to love someone else?" Lily asked, at the same time my phone rang. I saw Asher's name on the screen. Why was he calling me when I was clear about everything?

"Will you answer it?" Lily wondered, I shook my head. Now I was not going to walk on the same path that I had planned to leave. I was going to force myself not to talk to him. Forget him, ignore him. He called me continuously more than ten times. When it was the eleventh time, I could not stop myself and pick it up. I was silent, I did not utter a single word. He was also silent, but I could hear his heavy breathing.

"Bella..." He softly called me by my name, but I closed my eyes as tears fell from my eyes. He was sad. He was full of grief just like me. Why did I feel love and care when he called my name? Why was he like this when he got what he wanted? I still did not answer him. "Don't go with him...Come to me..." Asher started, but I immediately cut his call before he could hear my sobs. I just put my hand over my head, this was too depressing. Why did he suddenly want to talk, weird? Why did he want me to come to him? When would he stop playing with my feelings? I would not go to him ever, I promised to myself and sat there for sometime before I went to the club. Some time later I got out of the taxi and looked at the big club.

"I have come here with you, but I will be sitting far away from you both as I don't want him to feel as though I am the third wheel," Lily let me know, I nodded my head. I had begged her to come here with me as I felt so uncomfortable. At the same time I had never been to a club before, but I was with lan.

I didn't find him dangerous, but I was still nervous around him. At first Lily had flat out refused me, saying that she wasn't going to get involved in my personal matters and love life, but after a lot of begging she finally agreed to come with me. I intentionally refused lan when he told me he would come and pick me up because if he did then he would see Lily and I wouldn't have been able to bring her with me. I had already told him that I would come on my own, but when I looked at my watch I saw that it was already ten at night, I realized it was quite late now.

"You go first I will just mix in with the crowd, I will meet you at the time when you want to leave the club. Don't worry, I will keep an eye on you from afar," Lily assured me,I nodded my head. She was the one who helped me choose the dress I was wearing, it was looking rather stunning. I never wore these types of clothes and high heels before. I was getting nervous.

Entering the club my high heels were clicking against the floor, but it was not audible due to the loud music. Everyone was dancing and enjoying their time with their friends. They had drinks and I was just taking everything in around me. Only five seconds had gone by when I saw lan coming out of the crowd towards me.

"Wow! You are looking so beautiful Bella. I did not think that you would take our date so seriously. I felt I was the only one who thought it's a date," He said, suddenly kissing my cheek. I flinched a little as I hadn't expected that it was coming.

"Hey, don't do that. You are making me uncomfortable," I informed him, making sufficient space between the two of us. He looked a little angry for a second, but immediately controlled his face.

"It's okay Bella, soon you will get used to it," He predicted, pulling me into the crowd. What did he mean? Some of the things he said were puzzle words and sentences that were hard for me to understand.

"Do you want to dance?" He asked,I looked over to the dance floor which looked awfully crowded.

"No, I am okay," I replied with a little smile rubbing my cheeks.

"Oh my God. Don't do that in front of me. You are making me hard," He groaned, getting closer to me, I became scared at his words. What does he mean hard? He grabbed my waist. I did not know what happened to me, but suddenly I was not able to move. I felt frozen. His hand travelled up my waist and I badly wanted to push him back. I tried to talk to Lena, but she had disappeared. I was feeling restless, I could not understand what was happening to me. It was like someone had put a spell on me.

"lan!" Finally, his name came out of my mouth and he looked at me.

"Yes Bella?" He replied, raising his eyebrows as he did not like that I stopped him.

"I want something to drink," I quickly made an excuse so that he would stop.

"Okay, great. Wait for me here, I will be back," He suggested. As he walked away from me, I felt movement in my body. I could feel my legs and Lena too. How was this possible that as he went away I was feeling normal? Was this because I was so nervous? No, something was wrong. I was really scared when he said he was hard. What if he touched me again and I could not move my body to stop him? What would I do then? I...I should leave. I started to walk away from there, but stopped.

Am I not here to move on with my life? Then why am I not accepting lan? If I got out of here it meant I was again going back to Asher. Now I did not want a life where he was only dealing with me because of the mate bond and giving himself pain. Today I would take my first step towards lan to forget Asher. It was better for both of us.

"BELLA!!" lan shouted my name, causing me to turn back to look at him. He had two glasses of wine in his hand. As he was getting closer to me, I was again feeling that same sense of panic and terror. I was again not able to feel Lena again. What was happening to me? I was feeling as if I would be devoured by lan today.

Please...save me...please....Asher, I said in my mind and felt as if I would faint. Suddenly the lights of the club were cut off for only two seconds and I felt a big hand on my mouth and another on my waist. When I opened my eyes after two seconds lan was no longer there, but Asher was. He had pressed my body against his, caging me in. I was alone with him in the men's washroom where he had locked the door so that no one would come inside. "Asher...what are you doing here?" I asked in shock thinking that I was dreaming. Was this because I was still dizzy?

"You would not come to me so I came to you." He whispered into my ear as I felt his tongue licking, sucking, and nibbling it with his teeth. I moaned, holding on to his arms tightly.

"No! Stop...don't do..." I stammered, but he did not let me finish and crushed his lips on mine. I was still dizzy, but I could now feel everything that he was doing. His finger entered my top touching my n*****s. As he pinched me I opened my mouth to let out a moan, he took advantage to shove his tongue in like a beast. He started to leave his wet kiss down along my neck. The string holding up the top of my dress was pulled, in a second it fell down and my breasts were revealed in front of his eyes as I was not wearing a bra as the dress did not need it. As he took my b****t into his mouth I threw my head back and moaned loudly.

"Don't do... Why are you doing this?" I asked and he left my b****t. I felt his hand travel to my skirt.

"Breaking the spell and getting my mate back." He replied.

"What?" I asked in confusion, still dizzy. He lifted my skirt up, in a split second my panties were down and he had shoved his member inside me in one go.

"Oh... f**k." He moaned in pleasure and I moaned too.
