The sun was already high up in the sky

Cornelia barely stirred when she felt a strong hand gripping her waist. Marcus‘ sexy and appealing voice filled her ear, “You’re awake!”

Cornelia looked up to find a pair of eyes filled with love

“Today is the weekend?” Cornelia asked

She had lost track of the dates recently.

“Anyway, I’m free these two days. Why don’t I accompany you to Rosenberg and return on Sunday evening?” Marcus offered

“You’ve been busy helping me with grandma’s matters. Take this weekend to rest. I also want to talk to Tahlia about our family and get to know her better” Cornelia reasoned

Marcus capitulated, “Alright, just come back early”

“Okay” Cornelia agreed.

“You have to video call me every day.” Marcus demanded

“Okay” Cornelia agreed again.

“When I message you, you have to reply immediately and let me know what you’re doing” Marcus added.

“Why don’t you just tie me to your side then?” Cornelia joked, making Marcus chuckle.

She leaned in, planting two kisses on his face, I’ll come back on time”

Marcus sighed, ‘Let’s have breakfast, then I’ll take you to the airport.”

“Okay” Cornelia agreed

After breakfast, Marcus personally drove Cornelia to the airport.

Upon arriving Tahlia tactfully gave the couple some privacy. “I’ll go through security first. You guys can take your time.”

Marcus held Comelia’s hand, reminding her, “I’ve arranged for Dylan to get you a car You can ask him for help if you need anything”

“I know it’s getting late I should go through security. I’ll call you when I’m there” Cornelia reassured him.

As she was about to leave, Marcos held her hand again, “Cornelia, remember to discuss with me no matter what happens.”

Before he could finish, a familiar voice interrupted, “Marc, what a surprise! Didn’t expect to bump into you here. Are you and Comelia going on a business trip together?”
