Chapter 33

Melony

It has been two days since Theodore and I have talked to the Rouge. Tonight would have been the night I met up with my kidnaper, but I had promised Theo that it wasn't even a thought in my mind. We have talked to our pack about everything that has been going on and made a plan for when the mystery person decides to attack. I have joined in on training in the morning recently, but the only person I am actually able to train with is Theodore. My powers have kicked in full force now and Theo is the only one I can physically train with, without hurting. Both him and I have gotten a lot stronger. I am super fast, all of my senses have been heightened. Based off what the Elders have told me, I should be immune to silver and wolfsbane now, but Theodore is over protective, and wont let me test that theory out.

Theodore has introduced me as his Luna and mate to all of our members. Today we will have the Luna ceremony, so when we go to battle I will be connected to our pack link. Olive and I went out shopping yesterday to purchase my dress for the ceremony, and of course grab a few extra things that we thought were necessary. I hadn't seen my mate since last night. Olive thought it would be a good idea for us to miss each other a little bit before the ceremony. I am with Olive in her and Beta Todd's room for us to get ready for today. We had about an hour and a half before we had to start my hair and make-up.

"Tell me you are missing me just as much as I am missing you right now." My belly was instantly filled with butterflies hearing his wonderful voice through our link.

If Olive didn't scare me so much, I would have ditched her last night. I can't wait to see you, Alpha.

"You too, my Luna." He cut the link after that.

"Is our Luna missing her big bad wolf right now?" Mark asked, mocking me with his lip poked out.

I rolled my eyes at him and huffed. "Leave that lip poked out there and bird will poop on it, Gamma."

"Thats a myth, Mel." He responded back to me.

"Fine, then I'll just remove it." I winked at Olive. Mark gave me a face of shock.

"You girls are ruthless and scary." He shook his head.

"YEAH! and don't you forget it!" Olive chimed in. "In all seriousness, you need to get out now Mark. I have to prep our Luna here and she is about to have all of her goods on full display in a minute." "What do you mean?" I asked her.

"Oh you will see." she had evil gin on her face and I wasn't so sure I actually wanted Mark to leave. "Now, out!"

"Fine! I will go find Theodore and see if he needs any help. I know Todd is making sure everything is set up, so I'd rather avoid that at all cost." With that, he left through the door. I turned my attention back to Olive, who looked like she was up to no good. She has something hidden behind her back.

"What do you have back there?" I pointed at her.

"Strip and lay down on the bed." She said without answering my question. I squinted my eyes at her.

"Listen, I love you, but not like that, Ol." I was waving my hands at her in front of my chest in no expression.

"Mel, go to the bed. We are waxing you. You're about to have one of the biggest days of your life and your baby-smooth skin is going to drive our Alpha insane. He will love it, and so will you once his rough hands are touching all over your smooth sensitive goods." She crossed her arms and gave me a death glare.

"Fine. Only because you scare me when you get like this!" I removed my clothes and laid down on the bed spread eagle for my best friend. I am sure this was a sight to see. Once I was laid down she moved closer to me and started to place the hot wax across my lady bits. I was so nervous because I had never done waxing before and the only person to ever be this up close has been Theo. Kind of awkward honestly.

"Okay, this is going to hurt. I am not going to lie to you, but you need to stay still because we don't want the rest of the wax to drip between the curtains down there, if you know what I mean.." She gave me a suggestive look. Without a warning, I felt her grip the cloth laid over part of the wax and she pulled it, and ripped it right off.

"F*CK!!! OLIVE! What the Hell was that?!" I about near jumped off the bed. She started to laugh and pushed me back.

"Were not finished! We have to get the rest of it off!"

She pulled more off and this time I let out a growl. This s**t hurts. Why would anyone willingly go through this?! She pulled and ripped again, telling me we had 3 more to go. I held my breath waiting for her to pull another one off, when the door burst open and there stood Theodore and Mark sweaty and out of breath with concern written all over their faces. Mark's eyes were shocked looking at the scene before him, and Theodore, was mad?! No, he was furious! Then I realized what this must look like. I was laid down on the bed with my legs bent up and spread wide open while Olive was kneeled down in between my legs, just inches from my p***y. Oh s**t! I sat up on my elbows and used my foot to slowly push Olive back from me. She looked at me confused, when I motioned my eyes to the door. She turned to face them when her eyes went wide and looked from my mate, to the current position I was in.

"What in the sam f**k am I looking at right now?!?!" Theodore roared.

Mark walked up to Theo and placed his hand on his shoulder, patting it. "Looks like Olive is having her dessert rather early tonight," He moved and sat down in the chair beside the bed, and folded his arms behind his head. "and I am here for the show." he said smugly. We all yelled at Mark at the same time. "GET OUT!"

With a dissatisfied sigh, he pushed himself up from the chair, hanging his head, mumbling while going to the door, "Get out Mark. Shut up Mark. You can't have a sleep over with my mate Mark. Don't look at boobs Mark...." he trailed off as he closed the door behind him.

Olive spoke up first. "Alpha, it most certainly is not what it looks like." Then she stuck out her hands that contained the wax and the cloth strips.

"Theo, baby. Come here. Please." and I gave him my best puppy dog eyes. He walked over to the side of the bed and bent to my level. "Will you hold me until she is finished? This s**t hurts!" I begged him.

"She's just being a baby," Olive rolled her eyes. "it really isn't that bad. We are just making sure things are all nice and smooth for you tonight, Alpha." I swear I saw a blush form on Theo's cheeks. He was adorable. I hadn't seen him all day, and I needed his touch. Just when I pulled him down to me to give him a kiss, Olive took her position again between my legs. She ripped it off, and I let out a muffled yell into Theodore's mouth when the door burst open again. Except this time, the growling was coming from a very pissed- off Todd. Behind him stood Mark with a smirk on his face and poked his tongue out at us and then ran! That little chicken sh*t!

Theodore, Olive and I sat there with very surprised faces. When Todd stepped forward, "Explain to me what I am looking at right now?!" I can only imagine this sight must look way worse then it did when Theodore walked in. Theodore stood up, "Listen Todd, this most definitely isn't what it looks like." hand in the air with surrender.

Once Olive finished waxing me and she got the men chased out of her room, we both started to get ready. Theodore had a stylist team show up to do our hair and make-up. We were getting our dresses on before we headed downstairs to start the ceremony. I slipped my dress on and watched Olive approach me. She looked so lovely in her long emerald dress with her hair up in a simple updo. We both had tears in our eyes taking each other in. I wore my white dress that was covered in lace, the back sipped up to the middle of my back. It had see through lace on the sleeves, and on the sides of the dress. It was a mermaid style dress that showed off all my curves. My eyes had smoky eyeshadow, light pink lipstick, and simple eyeliner with mascara. My hair was half up and half down, curled. Olive embraced me, telling me how proud she was of me, when there was a knock at the door. Walking in the room was my father-in-law, Edward and Todd.

Todd took Olive by the hand and they left the room, leaving Edward and I alone. Edward stepped closer to me. "Melony, it would be my honor to walk you to my son during the ceremony. I know your father can't be here but it would be my pleasure to give my daughter to my son on this glorious day." My parents couldn't be here today because I told them not to. It is too risky for anyone to travel in and out of the pack right now with the current threats we have. If something were to happen to them, I would never forgive myself.

"I would really appreciate that, Edward." I replied with a genuine smile.

"Before we go, I would like to give you something." He reached into his pocket and pulled out the most beautiful pearl necklace. "This was Julie's, Theodore's mother. She wore this on the day of her Luna ceremony and I know that she would have wanted you to wear it also. She would have loved you Melony," Edward started to get teary eyed, which made me tear up also. "you are like a daughter to me in just the short time you have been here. You and Julie are so much alike, it baffles me. I could not of chosen someone better than you to be my son's mate, and the pack's Luna."

"I really appreciate your kind words. I love you as if you were my own family, Edward. I love everyone here, I truly mean that." I really meant everything I was saying.

He nodded, taking my arm in his and patting it. "Okay, enough of that. An old man like me shouldn't be crying and you are too beautiful to cry. Now let's go make you our Luna, my dear. My son has been crazy all day waiting to see you."

With that, we made our way out of the room and down the stairs, and outside where the ceremony was being held. I love these people, I love my pack, and I love my mate. Today, couldn't possibly get any better. It was going to be a wonderful day.
