Sylvia glanced over at Bridget, who was leaning back with a tipsy haze in her eyes. Feeling somewhat dazed herself, she decided that since the principal and everyone else had left, she would treat this glass of wine as her last and make an excuse to leave after finishing it. At least this way, it would seem decent, especially since she had taken a hangover cure earlier. A small glass of wine shouldn't be a problem.

As she was about to take a sip, the door behind her opened. Rupert walked in, a chill following him, and the mood among the three of them immediately sobered up.

One of them, trying to ingratiate himself, said, "Mr. Garcia, your lip is split. Are you okay?"

Rupert touched his lip, hinting at something deeper. "Bitten."

At that, Sylvia's cheeks flushed with color. The others thought he had accidentally bitten himself and didn't give it much thought, instead pointing to Bridget, who was resting her head on her hand.

"Mr. Garcia, Ms. Simpson seems to have had too much to drink."

Hearing this, Rupert approached Bridget. She leaned into him, saying affectionately, "Rupert, I feel terrible. Can you take me home first?"

Rupert, noticing the smell of alcohol on her, glanced displeasingly at the three men.

They shrank a little under his gaze.

However, Sylvia clenched her wine glass tighter. Bridget got all this sympathy with just a bit of drunkenness, yet she had been forced to drink right under his watch.

Rupert didn't pay any more attention to them and quickly helped Bridget towards the exit.

Once they left, Sylvia could feel the atmosphere change among the remaining three, sending shivers down her spine.

Now, it was just the four of them left in the room. Sensing the danger, Sylvia stepped back and raised her glass. "Since everyone else has gone, let's consider this last glass a farewell from me to you three."

But just as she was about to drink, a man in front of her grabbed her wrist. His palm was hot, and there was a disturbing suggestion in his touch, making Sylvia drop her glass in fright. The wine splashed across her dress.

Another man immediately said, "Oh, dear, how clumsy of you. Let me help you clean that up."

A third joined in, "You've got some on your top too. Let me help you with that."

Sylvia wanted to resist, but her wrist was gripped tightly, and their hands inched toward her. The one pretending to help wipe the wine instead tugged at the hem of her dress, trying to lift it.

Sylvia was fully sober now, but knew she was no match for three men.

The one crouching down even touched her leg, making lewd comments, "So smooth..."

Sylvia gritted her teeth and kicked

him in the knee, sending him kneeling on the ground. She then stepped on the hand of another was trying to touch her waist, causing him to stumble and crash into a cabinet, dazed by the pain.

But she couldn't free herself from the man still gripping her wrist.

"Let go of me, this instant!"

The three, usually paragons of virtue

and success with numerous admirers, weren't used to being defied by a woman and became angry. The leader showed a

Sylvia's chest tightened by a dress a size too small.

"Cut the crap! You've been hinting at wanting a deeper connection with us. No one else is here, just give in. After this, you'll have access to the best of everything in our circles." Hints?

Sylvia paused, then remembered that when she entered, the room had been occupied only by Bridget and the trio - Bridget must have said something!

It was in that moment of hesitation that the man pulled Sylvia towards him, his thick lips aiming for hers...

Suddenly, a loud ringtone filled the room.

The three men jumped. Sylvia took the opportunity to escape their grasp, pulling out her phone and a packet of hangover cure.

"Take a good look at what I have in my hands before you decide your next move!"

They looked at the phone, realizing she had recorded everything they said and was about to send it off.
