Aescul actually had that much money, but he had to inform his father if he had to use it all, and there was a high chance that his father wouldn't allow him to do so.

The 5 million was all he had now. As much as he liked Jude, he didn't want to take the risk for her. So he decided to put it in a subtle way.

The middle-aged woman looked disappointed when she heard this. She still didn't want to give up and kept begging, "Please help us! No one would be able to help us if you don't!" The middle-aged woman still had everything under control, but she hoped Aescul could give them a hand.

Aescul had no expression on his face. "I told you I don't have that much money. You should ask someone else."

The middle-aged woman was surprised at the drastic change in Aescul's attitude. The young man was so polite, but he was wearing a totally different face now. She felt so upset. Jude said calmly, "Mom, stop begging him. They wouldn't dare to hurt us. The worst situation would be that we are sued and see them in court."

Scarface had noticed Jude. Jude's rational words were like a big joke to him. He sneered, "The debt was private, even if you see us in court, there will still be money you have to pay." "At least you won't be so rude in the court," Jude replied bluntly.

Scarface didn't look as happy and arrogant as he was anymore. He was used to be authoritative. Jude had pissed him off by talking back to him. He decided to teach her a lesson. "Great... you asked for this..." Scarface licked his lips and sneered.

He would never give Jude the chance to go to court. He decided to keep an eye on Jude and never let her get out of his sight, When Jude saw the nasty smile on the man's face, she felt deeply disgusted. That was the expression she hated most of a man. Scarface ignored her expression and waved his hand, "Hey gorgeous, I'll give you two more days if you can spend tonight with me." He was trying to force Jude into this. That would be great. He also had other ways if Jude refused him.

He knew this was against Jude's will, but he was so eager to have this woman.

Jude snorted, "In your dreams! I would never do that!"

She thought Scarface would say something else, so that request was out of her expectation. That was revolting.

Scarface was so upset upon being refused and scolded. He looked coldly at Jude and started to put his hands on her.

Jude was startled. She immediately reacted and fought back; however, Scarface was also a strong man, and that was what made him the leader of this gang.

He dodged swiftly and grabbed Jude's wrist. Then he laughed, "You're quick-tempered, I like that."

No matter how hard Jude struggled, she couldn't get rid of Scarface's grab. He laughed more and more arrogantly because the woman was too weak in his eyes. There was no way for her to escape from him. "Why don't you save the energy for the night? You will never be able to get rid of me," Scarface said with a quirked smile on his face.

When Seeing Scarface had taken the woman under control, his subordinates yelled, "Kiss her! Now!"

"Don't you dare! I'm a policewoman!" Jude wanted to scare those people away by telling them who she really was.

Scarface was startled, but just a very short moment. After a short pause, he grinned a nasty smile and said, "Then this is getting much spicier! I can't wait!"

He had felt that Jude looked familiar. When he knew who she really was, he had a bit of fear at first; however, what was done was done. He had already offended this officer. There was nothing he could do to amend it.

Just by then, Maximilian couldn't stand by and watch it anymore. Before Scarface kissed Jude's face, Maximilian slapped on his face.

The man's face immediately became swollen. He covered it with his hands and looked at Maximilian with astonishment and fury. He couldn't believe that a young man just did that to him.

"Get him!" Scarface looked so sullen. Thinking that Maximilian was just an ordinary man, he felt that there should be nothing to worry about. Therefore, he gave his subordinate a hint and let them teach Maximilian a lesson.

Upon receiving the hint Scarface's subordinates rushed over to Maximilian. The young man just hit their big brother, they had to let him suffer.

Their attack was lethal, each harder than another.

Maximilian yawned and said, "That's what you've got? I thought you were more capable than this. That's disappointing."

In the chaos, Aescul took the opportunity and sneaked away. He didn't want to get involved in this. He was afraid that if he didn't go now, there wouldn't be another opportunity.

The middle-aged man and the middle-aged woman saw Aescul go away. They didn't say anything, but they had no good feeling for him anymore.

They thought Aescul was young and beautiful, and exclusive, but what happened just now had stunned her.

She was glad she hadn't let Jude marry Aescul just now, or it was too late for her to regret it.

Jude was very worried. She didn't want to get Maximilian involved in this. She knew Maximilian was powerful, but Scarface's subordinates were too reckless and ruthless.

She was worried that Maximilian would be hurt by Scarface. Her palms were leaking sweats because of nervousness.

The gang had lost the first round of the fight, so each of them took out their daggers. Other people were so frightened.

Jude's brother actually hated Maximilian, but that hatred was gone when he saw Maximilian was helping him. After all, the enemy of one's enemy is a friend, and he knew that. Scarface smiled as if he had seen Maximilian being killed by his man. He was so thrilled just thinking about that.

Maximilian wasn't surprised. He would never surrender to those people.
