Chapter 854 They All Lose Their Jobs

The man in suit never expected that Maximilian would be so powerful. How could so many guards cannot compete with him?

His face darkened and felt disappointed that Maximilian was not beaten. He subconsciously blamed the guards for being incapable and scolded them, "A bunch of losers. How can you lose to such an ordinary man?"

The guards didn't dare raise up their head when hearing their boss's words. They were despised of Maximilian at first and thought he was easy to be beaten.

However, they all knew he was a true master when fighting with him. They couldn't even touch him when they were fighting.

Vinnie, however, recognized it was Maximilian and was surprised he was in trouble. He couldn't pretend nothing happened because it would serve him good if he became a friend with Mr. Lee. "Young master, it's not our fault. That man really got something." The guards forced a smile and replied.

The man in suit didn't want to hear them explain. He looked at them disdainfully and continued to call more people here, "You're so useless. It seems I have to let my bodyguards here."

Vinnie went forwards and suddenly said, "You can't change anything even if you call more than ten of them."

Vinnie was dumbfounded when hearing Vinnie's voice because Vinnie was Connor's skilled assistant. How could he admire an ordinary man?

Vinnie's words really surprised him and he asked confusedly, "Is he your enemy?"

Vinnie replied angrily, "Of course not. We're good friends."

Vinnie was afraid Maximilian would get angry when hearing his words and was worried about whether he would regard him as his friend. However, even if Maximilian refused to admit him, he wouldn't complain because he knew Maximilian was really a big name.

The man in suit was so anxious because this was such a striking news for him. He remained still and there was panic in his eyes.

"Mr. Lee, are you alright?" Vinnie knew Maximilian was good at Kungfu and nobody would hurt him. However, he still wanted to show his concern and asked.

Maximilian shook his head to show these men couldn't hurt him, or they were even not qualified to make him start fighting.

Vinnie released when seeing his hint. It was a good thing that he was fine, otherwise, everybody had to take the responsibility.

The guards swallowed and were all glad that they didn't hurt Maximilian. They didn't want to die at some a young age and all of them were panicked when thinking of this.

Vinnie suddenly turned around and looked at the man in suit coldly. Feeling his gaze, the man in suit took a deep breath and cold sweat showed up on his forehead.

"Don't be angry. It's my fault for treating him as an enemy. I definitely won't do such a thing if I know he is your friend." The man in suit suddenly knelt down and begged for mercy.

He knew Vinnie was a powerful man and was Connor's assistant. His life would be ruined if Vinnie got angry with him.

In that way, his father must be irritated and blamed him. He would be despised by both Vinnie and his father and he couldn't take this terrible consequence. Vinnie nodded with satisfaction when finding the man in suit quickly realized his fault. He snorted, "Well, you should apologize to Mr. Lee, not me."

The man in suit hurriedly ran by Maximilian's side when hearing his words and kept on begging for mercy, sincerely though, on the surface.

People around were astonished and couldn't believe what happened in front of them. This was far beyond their expectation.

"That man is really awesome." They couldn't help admiring Maximilian. It seemed he was a hidden powerful man for letting the man in suit kneel down and apologize. They thought at first that Maximilian would show weakness to the man in suit. If giving them a chance to guess who was the winner in a puzzle, all of them would lose.

Maximilian was not mean and didn't want to haggle with him. He finally replied, "I accept your apology."

The man in suit was delighted when hearing this because it meant that Maximilian wouldn't find him trouble.

Vinnie kicked on him and added, "Come on, hurry up and express your gratitude."

The man in suit anxiously said thank you for Maximilian and felt he was so lucky to have the chance to live.

"Mr. Lee, are you here to have fine? I am familiar in this place. How about finding you some beauties?" Vinnie rubbed his hands in anxiety and was afraid his words would irritate him.

The man in suit was astonished to find Vinnie treated Maximilian just like the way he treated Vinnie.

Maximilian had something else to handle with and waved his hands to reject him, "Never mind, I still get work to finish."

Vinnie didn't say anything further because he respected Mr. Lee's choice.

"OK, Mr. Lee, you can call me every time you need." Vinnie tried his best to please him.

Also, to help Maximilian, the man in suit pointed at the guards and said, "How dare you don't let him in? It's all your fault and you are not employees of this KTV from now on."
