Chapter 580 Not Over Yet

Regan was ultimately defeated now. The two phone calls made him even doubt that he was in a terrible nightmare.

Regan was proud of himself when he joined the Mclaren fleet and got the license as an ultimate racer. However, things turned around and gave him a hard strike out of his expectation. Not only he was removed from the fleet, his precious license had also been cancelled. All of these were too abrupt to be true.

With a growl from inside him, he pushed over the beauties around him, and some of them even fell to the ground, yelling with astonishment.

Telling himself that they were nothing more than delicate tricks, he went straightly to Maximilian and said, "Well, I have to confess that you have a good team! Nice try, you almost convince me!" Those rich young men gathered their wits and thought that there were too many doubts of the events just happened.

It was no way that with only a single call, Maximilian, an ordinary man of shabby looks could change the decision of Mclaren fleet and IAF.

"I agree! It is a fraud from the beginning to the end! It must be that Canaan collects the personal information of Mr. Regan and plans all of these!"

"How dare you, Canaan? How dare you do such unspeakable things! Shame on you! Justice is with Mr. Regan!" said those rich young men.

Canaan, his face flushing with anger, yelled to them, "I do not plan this, you fool! If you guys do not believe it, just let Regan check his qualification and license by himself! The answer is right there!" Canaan's words silenced the guys around, and their attention once again went to Regan.

With a cold smile, Regan ground his teeth and answered, "Alright! That's exactly what I'm gonna do. We will see about that!"

Still believing that everything was fine, he dialed the captain of Mclaren fleet and a voice came from the other end of the line before Regan was able to speak.

"Why the hell are you still calling me in this situation, Regan?" asked the captain.

"Well, captain, I am calling you to confirm something. The truth is that someone just called me and told me that I was expelled by the fleet. That is kidding, isn't it?" asked Regan.

"That's not a joke. It's a god damn truth! You bloody Regan has already been expelled by the fleet! Now, stop wasting my time, you fucking ass!"

Hardly had his voice faded away, the call was cut off by the captain, leaving the poor Regan wondering. Regan talked to himself, 'What did he say? Am I really expelled? No, it cannot be true!' Bringing himself back to the present, Regan dialed again.

"Damn it! What the fuck do you really want to do? I have told you, and do not waste my time!" The leader roared with rage.

"Wait, captain! I just want to know why! Why am I expelled just after I have signed the contract?" asked Regan in a hurry.

"Hell do I know, you asshole! I was scolded. The president had demoted me for merely signing you to the team! Thanks to you, I'm going to do the cleaning for the club now!"

Hearing that, Regan felt like the whole earth was spinning and he was almost shocked to death. Trying his best to keep calm, he said, "But there must be a reason! I just want to know why!" As his voice faded, tears fell from his eyes and wetted his cheeks.

After training for more than twenty years, he was about to achieve his goal and step on the stage of the formula one race, but everything was gone within half an hour at the end.

"I don't know! Someone called the president and ordered him to expel you! I don't know who you have offended, but you'd better reflect what you have done!"

Then, the captain cut off the call.

Feeling extremely exhausted and desperate, Regan, with a wobbling body, stumbled and fell backwards.

His followers close to him soon caught him and supported him with their hands.

"Hold on, Mr. Regan! Nothing is impossible to overcome, and you have to stay strong. You have us on your back"

"It is, after all, not a big deal, isn't it? How about we forget about Mclaren fleet and fight another round to join Ferrari, Mr. Regan?"

"Something is not right! Is it really that bastard Maximilian who did it? Mr. Regan, we have to figure it out and fight back!"

Each rich follower was saying something to comfort Regan, and Regan tried his best to calm down, while glancing at Maximilian with eyes filled with hatred.

Then he said "Take me to the front of Maximilian!" Each word of him was squeezed out between his teeth.

As Regan was brought to the front of Maximilian, Canaan said to them with a beaming smile, "How about that? I bet you guys must have understood the capability of my master! You guys are nothing more than shallow ants in front of him!"

Though everyone was sick of Canaan's manner pretending to be a bully under the protection of Maximilian, they could do nothing but bow their heads and keep silent.

Canaan was right, and there was nothing they could do in front of Maximilian. He gave a single call and then easily caused Regan's downfall. They were asking themselves, "Who he is? Where does this man with such terrible influence come from?'

His face twisted with great anger, Regan looked at Canaan and said, "You are just a pitiful dog with a wagging tail! There is no place for you to bark here!"

"Well, I would be glad to become the dog of my master, the one who, you know, have sent you to hell!" Canaan answered.

Regan felt so angry that his face and neck turned extreme red. Canaan's words raised his train of thought. Maximilian did really give him a terrible strike, which made him felt like being slapped for several rounds by others.

"I need your explanation, Maximilian. How did you get all these done? Why am I expelled from the fleet and lose my license of ultimate racer after the single call of yours? Tell me who the hell are you?" Regan asked with bitterness.

"Hey, you'd better be nice to my master! Is what you have suffered not enough?" said Canaan rigidly.

Hearing that, Regan laughed ruefully and answered with his trembling body, "Guess what? I have nothing left now! Nothing! All I want is to figure it out now!"
