Daddy's Little Whore
Daddy’s Little Whore – Part 69

KEIRA’s POV

Clint and I stayed in each other’s arms for a while until he finally pulled away from me. He looked at me and uttered a sigh.

“I know finding a private investigator will be hard for you, so let me do that for you instead.”

I went owl-eyed at him.

“But you do not have to do that. I can find one myself, Clint,” I tried to convince him.

Clint shook his head. He seemed adamant about his decision.

“Let me do this one thing for you, Keira, please,”

I bit my inner lips and exhaled.

“Of course, thank you,” I replied, feeling a weight on my shoulder lift.

My chest felt relatively light, and that gave me a sense of joy.

I looked at Clint and noticed he had this glint in his eyes, and it caused me to raise an eyebrow. Why did he have that look in his eyes?

“This conversation kind of put a damper on the mood. We are here to celebrate, and why don’t we commemorate that by seeing a movie right now?”

My eyes beamed at the sound of his suggestion. It was a really good idea, and I was inclined to it.

“That sounds like a great idea,” I smirked.

Clint grinned from ear to ear, like a child who had gotten a new toy and rose up from the bed. He walked up to his closet and rummaged around inside of it. I sat up and gazed at him in awe. What was he doing?

After a few seconds, he threw some clothes at me. Flustered, I picked them up and examined each of them. It was a cotton sweatshirt and sweatpants. I switched my gaze to him with a puzzled look on my face.

“Why are you giving this to me?”

“Well,” he said and walked back to the bed. “You need to freshen up and get comfortable for the movie,” he grinned and planted a k**s on my left cheek.

I flushed and giggled.

“I will go whip up some popcorn and a drink while you get comfy in those.”

I nodded, and Clint was out of his room immediately. I hopped into the shower and took a quick hot shower before slipping into the comfy clothes Clint had given to me. Not long after, Clint was back with a large bowl of popcorn and two juice boxes in his hands.

I was sitting on the edge of his bed as he walked closer to me. I felt ultimately cosy as I was wearing Clint’s comfy sweatpants and a cosy sweater. Clint placed the snacks down on the bed and trotted over to the shelf right under the large flat-screen television.

“So, what movie do you want to watch?” Clint asked, holding up a stack of DVDs.

“I do not know, surprise me,” I said, grinning at him.

He flipped out a CD case in my face, and I read the name out loud.

“The seven bosses?” I said with an eyebrow raised.

The cover had two men in suits, holding revolvers in each hand, and a background of an explosion behind them, the typical action movie.

“It is a nice action movie.”

I frowned at him. He cocked his head at me with a look of puzzlement on his face.

“What? You do not like action movies?” He asked.

“I barely watch them, but I do not hate them. It is just that an action movie does not really feel like the right movie to watch right now, don’t you think?”

Clint pondered for a moment and put the action CD away. We both flipped through a wide selection of movies until we both found the perfect movie.

It was a romantic comedy, one that we had both been wanting to see for a while now. He popped the DVD into the player and crawled into bed next to me. I snuggled up against him, feeling his arm wrap around me.

He settled the large bowl of popcorn in-between us, and his hands were already in the bowl as the TV screen came to life.

As the movie started, I could not help but think about how lucky I was to have found such a great guy. Clint was funny, kind, and always made me feel special. I was starting to feel like I was finally in a real relationship, and I was so happy about it.

The way his large hands wrapped around me made me feel like he was really mine, and I was his. It sparked a thrill in my heart. This was how it was meant to be between us, and I hoped that we would have more days like this.

I looked up at him, my mind far from the movie playing on the TV screen. The lights in the room were turned off, and the light from the TV illuminated his face. Clint’s face was like a work of art, and I could not stop staring at him.

My eyes slowly trailed down to his lips, and I could not help but let my imagination run wild.

“This movie is so funny,” Clint said, laughing at a scene on the TV screen.

His words broke me away from my trance-like state. I turned to the TV to get a grasp of the scene he was referring to.

I smiled, looking back up at him. “I know, right? It is so cheesy, but I love it.”

Clint maintained eye contact with me for a while. The sound of the movie began to blur out slowly until I could not hear it again. He leaned in slowly, gravitating towards my lips, and then he kissed me. Our tongues linked, and I could taste the sugary and nutty flavour of the popcorn he had consumed.

I felt a rush of happiness as he kissed me with so much fervour. This was it, I thought. This was what it was like to be in a real relationship, right? I could not have been happier. I wanted this to last forever. I wanted Clint to be mine forever. There was no one else that could make me as happy as he did.
