Daddy's Little Whore
Daddy’s Little Whore – Part 101

KEIRA’s POV

I sat in my car, exhausted after a long day at school, waiting for Natasha to join me. After we made up, Natasha still had a class to attend, so I decided to wait for her.

We had decided to go out for dinner together. It was the perfect way for us to bond and catch up. I was craving some Chinese while Natasha wanted to try out a new sushi place she had heard about.

“Hey, Keira! So sorry I am late. I had to finish some work with a professor in my department,” Natasha said, sliding into the passenger seat beside me.

“No worries, let us get going!” I replied, revving the engine and driving out of the school parking lot.

We chatted about our day, discussing the projects each of us had been given in our classes. Natasha giggled as I described how boring my last lecture was. She told me everyone in her class dozed off to Mrs. Carter’s teaching.

I chuckled lightly. My heart filled with warmth. When was the last time I talked to a friend like this? I just realized how much I missed talking to Natasha. Talking to her made me feel less anxious for the moment.

We were so engrossed in our conversation that we almost missed a red light. Thankfully, I slammed on the brakes just in time, and we came to a sudden stop.

“Phew! That was close!” Natasha said, giggling nervously.

I laughed along, relieved that we had avoided an accident. But fate had other plans.

As soon as we resumed our journey, I heard a loud thud from the engine. I raised an eyebrow. I had never heard a noise like that, and it worried me greatly. I decided to brush it off since it did not cause any physical problems for the car.

But I was gravely mistaken.

Within the blink of an eye, the car started to skid. I tried to control the vehicle, but it seemed to have a mind. I could feel my heart pounding as the car swerved out of control. My breath caught in my throat as adrenaline rushed through my veins.

“Keira, what is happening?!” Natasha screamed, clutching onto the dashboard.

My heart dropped to the bottom of my chest. Natasha was here with me. I could not let anything happen to her. The more I tried to get the car under control, the more I swerved to the side of the road.

Before I could get my bearings or even blink, we collided with a nearby pole, and the car came to a screeching halt. The airbags deployed, and we were jolted forward, our bodies taking the impact.

Once the car had stopped, I peeled my eyes open while groaning in pain. My head pounded heavily, and my arms and legs felt numb. I looked over at Natasha, who was breathing heavily, her face covered in bruises.

My eyes went wide, and my hands began to tremble.

“Tash! You are bleeding!” I screamed.

Natasha g*****d, and her eyes slid open slowly. She opened her mouth to speak but winced in pain instead. Her finger grazed the injury at the side of her lips, and she muttered a curse.

“These are just minor injuries; I will be fine.” Her eyes rounded when she looked at me. “Look at you worrying about me when you are injured too.”

I blinked at her. Me? I felt the sting on my right arm and ankle at that moment. I examined my skin and went pale at the sight of the large gash on it with b***d seeping out of it, and then, the burning pain hit me.

I g*****d and clutched the wound as I tried to control the bleeding.

“What the hell just happened?” Natasha asked, wincing as she tried to move.

“I am not sure. I think we got hit by something,” I said. My mind raced as I tried to make sense of the situation, but the migraines won’t let me think.

I forced the car door open and toppled out, falling to the ground. My head was spinning, but I could also determine what was happening around me. A small crowd had gathered, gazing at the scene we had caused.

Some looked on with pity, while some did with fear and disgust from the b***d dripping down my arm. I did not care for the stares; I had something else in mind.

The accident that just happened was not a coincidence. My car was excellent this morning. What could possibly have happened to it?

I limped to the bonnet. The hood had disappeared somewhere during the accident, leaving the engine bare. I immediately noticed that the brake wire had been tampered with.

“Oh my god,” I whispered, my eyes widening. “Someone sabotaged my car.”

Natasha slid out of the car and walked up to me, looking at me with a shocked expression. “What do you mean? Who would do that?”

A knot formed in my stomach, and I began to feel sick. “I have no idea. But we are fortunate to be alive,” I lied.

I knew exactly who would sabotage my car. I was undeniably sure that Calvin was the culprit. But I did not want Natasha to worry.

“Can you move your arm? I will call for help.” Natasha said.

I shot her a grateful smile and nodded.

Someone must have called an ambulance because as soon as they did, they got busy treating our wounds. I sat at the base of the ambulance as a paramedic attended to my wounds. While they did, my eyes remained fixed on the destroyed vehicle that was once my car.

I could not shake the dread that had settled in my stomach. Calvin had intentionally caused this accident. I knew he would do something worse, but I had never expected it would be this bad.

If he could cause this accident, he could kill me without batting an eyelid. The fear was back again, like a dark cloud, hovering over my head. I could not shake it off.

I looked at Natasha, who was also getting treated, and my heart sank. How had I managed to get her involved in this? I could not do this anymore. I needed to get to the bottom of it, and fast.

What exactly did Calvin want from me?
