Soon, the head of security of Queen Enterprise brought a team with him to destroy the flowers.

Kevin's men naturally stopped them.

The scene started to get rowdy.

Kevin was not flustered. He even had the mood to take a picture of the fruit of his labor with his phone.

He then spotted Hugh in the crowd and walked toward him.

Hugh bent down and took a flower from the bed of roses. When Kevin approached him, he passed the flower to him with a smile on his handsome face. He told Kevin, "If you prefer men, Mr. Kevin, why don't you pursue me instead?

"I think I'm a better match for you. My brother isn't the right person for you, Mr. Kevin. He's a straight man. He won't like you."

Kevin caught the flower between his two fingers and leaned forward to smell the flower. He said, "It smells fresh."

Next, he pinched Hugh's chin and raised it flirtatiously. He eyed Hugh and said with a smile, "You're handsome but still slightly lacking compared to your brother."

Hugh chuckled and pulled Kevin's hand away. He asked, "What am I lacking? Please let me know. I'll see if I can solve it. Hayden's a serious person and can't take this joke. If you need this scandal to solve your problems, just look for me. I'll go along with you till the end, so just let Hayden go."

He approached Kevin and whispered, "I know you're doing this on purpose. You just want others to mistake you as gay so your family will stop nagging you to get married. You're not even pursuing the person your grandmother chose for you. How is she still acknowledging you as her grandson?

"This is a brilliant idea, but it brings about harm. Not only does it harm yourself, but others as well. I don't care if you harm anyone else, but you involved my brother. This is a mistake on your part, Mr. Kevin. "You should've involved me instead. My parents have been nagging me for not having a steady girlfriend despite being almost thirty years old. They've been going at it day and night to the point I dared not go home. Hayden would be nagged occasionally, but he's in a much better situation than me because he's too busy with work."

Kevin smiled and said, "You're smart, Mr. Hugh, but I still prefer Mr. Hayden. He has a charm to him. You're suited to be my brother-in-law."

Hugh was speechless.

That man was truly using his sister.

"Stop!"

A voice resounded.

The crowd stopped shoving into each other's view and split into two to create a path.

Hayden appeared.

Her secretary was behind her.

Kevin saw Hayden's expression as black as coal.

She swept a glance at the bed of roses. Some stalks were destroyed, but the essence of the display was not affected.

"Hayden."

Kevin walked over.

Hayden looked toward him with a sharp gaze. She glared and questioned him coldly, "What are you doing, Kevin?"

He created such a huge scene.

"You didn't accept my bouquet."

Kevin added aggrievedly, "You have no idea how much courage I mustered to give you the bouquet. You refused it without even looking. I think you might've disliked it because there weren't enough flowers, so I arranged a sea of roses for you."

He pointed at the remaining flowers and asked Hayden, "Hayden, are you satisfied with this amount of flowers?"

To hell with being satisfied.

Hayden wanted to kick him.

She tried her best to suppress her anger, telling herself not to be rash and maintain her rationality.

What hardships had she not been through before?

After taking a few deep breaths, Hayden said in a low voice, "Mr. Kevin, I'm a man. I'll only like women and not guys. Thank you for your love, but please be merciful and let me go."

Kevin said with a smile, "I know you're a man, but it doesn't stop me from pursuing you. I can do what I want; whether you accept it or not, it's your choice. I don't think these two matters are mutually exclusive.
