Captivated by the Ruler of the Underworld
Chapter 97 Good Dogs Don't Block The Way, Understand!

Several modified sightseeing cars drove towards the grassland, drawing the attention of the disturbed beasts who paused their feeding and looked towards the entrance. Beasts were naturally sensitive, and the rules of survival in the wild taught them unique observations.

Smelling the scent of humans, the beasts were on alert.

However, having just enjoyed a full meal, they didn't viciously pounce like hungry wolves, but observed quietly instead.

The white lion had already stood up and never took its eyes off the little master on the viewing platform.

Suddenly, someone fired a shot. The sound of the gunshot echoed through the entire grassland, capturing everyone's attention.

A brown bear fell to the ground instantly, not dead but convulsing and whimpering in the grassland.

"Hahaha, I was the first to bring down one," Victor laughed manically, his eyes filled with bloodthirsty madness.

He became a sadistic reveler reveling in the blood.

Seeing this, the other beasts stood up one by one, feeling a powerful threat to their lives looming over them. In an instant, they all rushed into the woods.

The windows of the sightseeing car were not closed, allowing a beautiful face to catch Big White's eye.

It glanced at Lela, seemingly reluctant, roared, and disappeared into the artificial jungle.

Lela pursed her lips, watching Big White run into the woods, gripping the gun tightly in her hand.

"Big White, wait for me, wait for me to take you home."

Naturally, Sylvester also noticed the direction of the white lion.

Just as he was about to turn the car towards the woods, Josh Fudge's car drove over, slightly blocking Sylvester's path. Forced to stop, Sylvester glanced at the newcomer with a smile in the corner of his eye, but the smile didn't reach his eyes. "Mr. Fudge, good dogs don't block the way, understand!"

Upon hearing this, Josh Fudge did not get angry.

Everyone on the road knew Mr. Gomez had a bad temper, always being this way. Besides, he had the capital to be arrogant.

Josh Fudge had a refined appearance and good features but gave off an uncomfortable vibe, as if he was cunning and had deep thoughts. Lela didn't like this man at all.

Josh Fudge looked at Sylvester, with an obvious attempt to please. "I apologize, Mr. Gomez, I didn't mean to intentionally block your way." "Then get out of my way."

He didn't have time to argue with this guy. Didn't he see how anxious his little one was?

Yet, Josh Fudge still didn't move, and awkwardly said, "Looks like Mr. Gomez is also interested in that white lion."

Upon hearing this, Sylvester raised an eyebrow and glanced sideways at Josh Fudge, "I've always enjoyed conquering the strong, and animals are no exception. What about you? Are you like me, Mr. Fudge?"

Josh Fudge laughed, "I'm nothing compared to you, Mr. Gomez."

Sylvester didn't say anything, but his lips curled up with disdain.

Observing Sylvester's growing impatience and not wishing to prolong the situation, Josh Fudge swiftly spoke up, "I've heard that Mr. Gomez, that your driving and marksmanship skills are flawless. Permit me, Tang, to propose a challenge here. Will Mr. Gomez provide me with the opportunity?"

With that, he pressed a switch, closed the car window, turned the steering wheel, backed up, made a turn, and drove into the woods, passing by Josh Fudge's car.

Sitting at the back, Mildred glanced coldly at Josh Fudge, thinking, 'Who do you think you are? How dare you challenge the master?'

Josh Fudge's subordinate on the side spoke, "Mr. Fudge, you don't have to bother yourself. Sylvester is too arrogant."

Josh Fudge withdrew his smile, his expression turned sinister, "What do you know? He's a person who even receives respect internationally, with countless resources behind him. If Tang Industries wants to continue developing, it is imperative to win over Mr. Gomez."
